Great Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich was great. Homemade biscuits and sausage gravy also really good. Don’t pass it up. Owner sent us home with a sample of chilly also very good.

Not just a store to buy gas at or milk. The owner and staff are great people and go out of their way to accommodate you. They have a full service food menu that satisfies most hungry individuals. Made fresh and hot while you wait. They have a nice sitting area to sit and eat if you like. A little pricey on some menu items but well worth the price. The sausage biscuit with egg and cheese is a meal in itself. The hamburger and onion rings are another great meal.Atmosphere is great. Staff always welcomes you with hello, good morning/afternoon. Highly recommend this place whether to just get gas or something more.

The most decorative and up to date grocery/road store in my lifetime of memories! Excellent dining area with some fun electronic games to play, and music to tap your foot in time with. The gas pumps out front even have decorative vintage type signs like the old gas stations advertising exhibited. A natural feel with something extra to buy every time I stop in. The owner is most always in attendence, with other staff happy and smiling, greet with and you leave with a cheerful attitude because you just have to. Fresh tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, red onions, sweet onions (white) and cucumber, nearly all Amish grown, because I deliver them and drive the Amish from their market on Mill Creek in Henry County, KY. Yep, it's a nice looking place, and I always look forward to making the delivery to it. Most pleasurable time of any that I've experienced. 5 stars

Awesome selection of all kinds of things. The staff is super friendly and I ended up coming back for lunch which was made to order, hot and so good. I love the atmosphere. Definitely recommend you stop by and check them out. They even sell plants!

If you like burgers you need to try this one come hungry and then still loosen up your belt this is a half pound double cheeseburger with bacon and condiments and I also got a side of fried pickle spears

This little place is a gem. Food is great, prices are reasonable and the place is clean. Staff is friendly and extremely accommodating the Philadelphia cheese steak sandwich is amazing and plentiful. Our first visit: Geocaching brought us to this location and we stayed for lunch. Loved it so much brought my mother. She too was pleased.

This Grocery stores owner is Awesome!!! We was on a charity bike run and this was our 1st stop. The owner handed out bottles of water and fries. We will return soon to try out the food . Was a little crowded that day since we had 147 bikes with us. Thank you for your kindness Sir.

I rarely/never give five stars but this little place is awesome. I have ridden by this place on motorcycles many times, but today was the first time I stopped in. I was not disappointed. Ordered a salad. It was a culinary masterpiece, fresh, tasted great and great value for my money. The owner himself brought it outside to me on the gazebo. So if you're out for a ride or drive along old Bardstown Road, High Grove is a place you must stop into.

If you are looking for a old time country store, this is it. The owner keeps it looking like it was frozen in time from the 60's. It has the best service from the time you enter the store till you leave. The owner and his staff are super friendly. If you are looking for a quick sandwich or burger stop on by as their food is great. You definitely won't leave hungry.

Incredible place and people. I stumbled upon this place one weekend while out doing some shooting. The owners are wonderful people. They represent the American dream. The people in the area are great people. The staff and food are out of this world.To be completely transparent, the place just lifts my spirits. We are blessed to have such a place so close to the Louisville Metro area. The places feels a hundreds miles away. Yes, I do go there sometimes just eat and get away from the Metro area.This place is a true blessing.

I love this place. I live near and this is my local store. Through the years I have seen many owners, but the current owner really makes the place. He's a wonderful person and very involved with the community. The seasonal decorations, country feel and great food earns my five stars!
