They deserve 0 ⭐s! I called to have a medication transferred and filled from Covington. For some reason, that seems to stump them. They're rude and unprofessional!! (Customer service is not their forte, that's for sure!!) I spoke to, what sounded like a little boy, then a ghetto sounding pharmacist, which just was even more rude, in a condescending manner!! (not sure of race & don't care) The point is, I got so aggravated that I just decided to call Walgreens in Covington back and have them fill my prescription on Monday. My Pharmacist in Covington, John, knows how to treat and speak to people!! Thank God I have enough of my medication until then! It is sad to have to get so stressed and upset over just simply trying to get a medication refilled. Again 0 ⭐s!!

Ordered my seating chart for my wedding as a poster and 2 poster foam board signs. Ordered them Friday 11/10/2023, went today (Sunday, 11/12/2023) to pick up the posters. According to the employees they don’t know how to print posters or post boards. I never got a call telling me they could not do this, as they have called before to let me know they were out of picture paper. The website says they can. They couldn’t transfer the order to another Walgreens, and when I said I really needed them for my wedding they laughed it off as “that sucks”. I will not go to this Walgreens again, even though it is across the street from my home. I will be traveling to any other one except this one.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. I keep my prescriptions here because it is directly across the street and so convenient but every interaction I’ve had with a pharmacist is so unpleasant and excruciating that I will gladly drive an extra 10 minutes from now on. While I was trying to explain to Melissa what syringes I needed to take my insulin properly because I had forgotten the actual label I was repeatedly talked to like an idiot and given the worst attitude. There’s zero customer service in this entire building, I hope they can make it a better work environment for these people because something is terribly wrong.

If I could give them 0 starts, I would. Husband was ill and his MD called in a RX for him, before 5 pm. I called and used the worthless automated service to find out when the med would be ready for pick up. It indicated that it "was in process and will be ready for pick up @ 8:30". As his condition was worsening, I called again @ 7:34 to see if it was ready yet. The pharmacy closed @ 7pm. Nice work. It is apparent that 1)the automated service is a piece of garbage and 2) this pharmacy does not care about their patients. Not even a simple phone call to let me know that you were not able to complete 1 prescription in over 2 hours. Will be transferring all of our meds to another pharmacy

Really poor customer satisfaction experience. Went in to get a passport photo, you would think that would be easy. Not so much! For whatever reason the associate took my picture, but then could not find it when the memory card was put on the computer this lasted for about 10 minutes and then I was told to go to another Walgreens, HMMM…

They don’t know what curbside pickup is apparently. I’ve tried a few times to get curbside pickup and they just never come out after I tell them I’m here.

Absolute disaster. Staff are so unhelpful. The photo center may as well not exist. Wait times are inexplicably long. Just use a different Walgreens or go to the CVS next door

Terrible pharmacy. I was happily at Kroger until they stopped taking my insurance in January and had to go elsewhere. I feel like everyone there hates their jobs and they don’t seem very good at their jobs either. Screwed up my medication tonight and now I have to go back tomorrow to get the rest. Also, medication I picked up has some very serious interactions and luckily I know that from past experience/medical background because the pharmacist didn’t say a word. Every other time I’ve picked up these meds at my previous pharmacy I’ve been warned of this.

I put in an order to have photos printed. They were supposed to be completed by 1:05. I went in at 5pm and they weren't even started. When I asked why, the lady said 'I'm busy.' There was literally one other customer in the store 😂. I'd say more about the lack of customer service, but I'll let the rest of these one star reviews cover it .

The pharmacy is terrible. Hours are never correct, the drive thru window is never open. They go to lunch from 1:30-2 everyday; which is fine. But today I was standing at the window at 1:27, and they shut the window in my face. It’s always a frustrating experience trying to pick up refills from here.

I have tried to pick up a prescription there twice in the last couple of days- the hours say open - I get there and they are closed. Once I called and spoke to someone to confirm that I was on the way. I arrived 20 minutes later and they were closed! I just called to confirm that someone would be there…I spoke to staff because if the pharmacy isn’t open, the phone will just ring and ring. They said that someone “should” be there at 10am but I should call back in 20 mins at 10am to confirm….! The drive through has been broken and closed for several months now. I honestly have no idea how they are running this business. They have gotten rid of all the shopping carts and only have baskets and rolling baskets. The lines are always long to check out. I have never been to a Walgreens with such terrible customer service.

Stopped in to buy a home covid test. Cashier (Maureen) was a little rude. Test rang up $23.99. There was a sticker underneath the tests on the shelf (I thought) stating $14.99 and buy a second for 50% off. I understand I probably could have misread this but Maureen basically said I was definitely wrong and wouldn't even check to see what I was talking about, just kept saying that was wrong and they aren't discounted. What if I was right? That's $10 I was just overcharged. At least check! Just rude.

I think its crazy we schedule Apt to get booster shot I show up on my only off after working 70 hours and it's closed due to no staff. It would be nice to get called and say hey hours changed or we are now closed Sundays. Or have a sign saying it's closed. Or have it listed when we call store line.

They ran out of cash register receipt paper. For the whole store. So they had to CLOSE THE STORE. On Memorial Day, when they are one of the few places open. Because the registers will not work without paper. And someone didn't do their job.

This pharmacy is never open. It's ridiculous. I've had to get prescriptions transferred to mall Rd. And if u call them out on it. They will state they are going to fill prescriptions but never give time date etc. And will hang up on you. Avoid this place. The one on mall Rd is reliable

The great thing about Walgreens is that where ever you are they have all the stores set up just about the same for your convenience. In addition to a first rate pharmacy they also have a drive thru for the cold weather. They also have many other over the counter medical items that might soothe your aches and pains. The store is clean and well lit. The people are fast and friendly with a can do attitude. As Always, Enjoy!

Wow what a pitiful pharmacy staff. If you have to deal with these people regularly I’m sorry. Thank God my trip was a one time thing for this area.If you’re a miserable person and hate your job, stay home. Terrible attitudes.

The drive thru is broke most people who are disabled can't walk you think they would care enough to fix it but no I see old people who can barely walk having to walk in to get their prescriptions is ridiculous.
