Kroger Pickup at Walgreens

Had an issue with a return. Spoke to a manager that seemed to really be helping me, matter of fact she gave me $10 in Walgreens cash to use on my next transaction. However I went to use the 10 bucks and for some reason it wouldn't come up so I asked for the Manger a different woman came up to help me. She was very rude and wasn't interested in helping me resolve the issue at all. I didn't have my phone on me to pull up my online receipt so I told her to hold my merchandise and I'd be right back with the details so maybe I qould get some explanation as to why I couldn't use the Walgreens cash. On my way out of the store she actually had nerve to bad mouth me to another customer and made a comment that she hates how people try to scam things knowing damn well they can't afford them!! I brought the info back to her and she then told me that she can't help me all she can do is tell me that Walgreens gets to determine when and how many of the issued Walgreens cash I can use and what I can use them for. Not once did she apologize for her rude behavior and for the unnecessary comment that she made. No attempt was made to even get me in touch with the first manager that was more than happy to rectify the situation. All I can say is that if you are that miserable maybe customer service isn't the best choice for you. Bullying and making fun of people are all things we should be trying to stop not promoting in or stores!!!!

Qucker to get in and out of Krogers but normally you dont get really good deals or sale priced items and its also limited to certain popular items
