Has to be the best hardware store hands down of all time. Not only can you get whatever product you may be looking for from concrete to mulch or caulk to screws, or even power tools . But the staff is definitely dedicated to getting you what you need at the lowest cost possible and at the same time treating you with up most dignity and respect. The gentleman named or they call Captain very knowledgeable, not to mention just fun to talk to. Shay and Kelly are absolutely fantastic as well. Keep up the amazing work guys and gals. Thanks for your service and hard work.

The people there are always so friendly - kind of like small town corner store friendly. That's largely why I keep coming back to them first. Their prices are always fair and recently I had a concrete delivery. All top notch there too. Not surprised. Nothing bad or even neutral to say - all good.

Ideal supplies has to be one of last great non chain lumber and hardware stores of our time! If you want concrete they can bring it right to your home, ready to dump. They carry all the lumber that you will ever need to repair your home or even build from scratch as I do. The also have a fine selection of hardware that will fit the bill whether you are rebuilding the guts in a toilet or changing the venting for your water heater. You just have got to call them! I can't say enough amazing things about every single person at this establishment. If you are doing any construction around Ludlow- and you want friendly service, small town feeling but a large selection, and competitive pricing; do yourself a favor and get your supplies from Ideal.
