Have shopped there since we moved here! Shopped Big Lots where I used to live! A person can find some really good buys at Big Lots! The short story of my unhappy review is, I was treated like crap when I called about a special product I have bought there for 3 years! I know I have purchased at least 30 jars!! When I FINALLY got someone, after holding forever and being hung up on once, that person said we do have carry that?!?!!! WHAT! She was rude and too lazy to care!! I have worked retail my entire life and you don’t treat people and talk to people the way she did me! Will not be returning!

Sometimes it doesn't help to write a good review . I complemented the best price on wet dog food and Big Lots raised their price! No 5 star review anymore.I'll go to another store going forward. 😂

They leave old sale price tags up and then when you go to check out they charge you full price, and even if you show them the sign is still up they "oh well that expired yesterday". So make sure you double check what they are ringing up, because they will over charge you!!!

The workers there are always nice to talk to. They offered me to sign up for the savings card which actually helps a lot. It's always clean, not too crowded ever, decent selection, prices are good. Nothing to complain about that location whatsoever. I wish we had a Big Lots in Alexandria because they are like the dollar store but better lol.

Place is very clean. Customer service is exceptional. Store has so many good deals. Includes household items., Food, cleaning supplies and a little of everything. I was impressed compared to the Big Lots from several years back. Before going to the market I would shop here first.

I just love this place, so many deal so little time!!! Plus howany other places can you go and walk out with a bed, fireplace, tarps, toys, dog treats, and pots and pans. One stop shop and very inexpensive!!!

I like the selection of big lots. They always have some stylish things without spending a fortune. I was surprised that this store doesn't have any lighting to choose from in the furniture section. This store's set up is a little unorthodox as well. Hair brushes and Bobby pins are by the socks on the other side of the store rather than with the other hair products like shampoo and conditioner. Associates are very nice though.

Big lots is great place for seasonal clearance items and all sorts of close out items. Their prices are just about all marked down hence the discount name and some pretty great prices! I really like that you are never really sure what you may find on your next visit. This week it might be some terrific deal on home goods items. Next week it might be tools or something for outside use . Needless to say, I stop by once in awhile just to check out what they have. If you are on a budget you need to look here for real bargains! As always, Enjoy!

Lots of home decor and appliances to go along with outdoor patio items and equipment, better than average deals, they also carry quality made furniture on the cheap and you can even make installment payments aka 'Layaway'.Located in Latonia plaza directly behind McDonald's... Happy Shopping 🛒🛍️😄

It seems like they are actually more expensive than Walmart now, the cashier was complaining about being exhausted, which wasn't very professional.. I won't be back anytime soon...

Found a planter for my Norfolk pine Christmas tree after searching everywhere. I was helped by an exceptional employee named Tyler who took me to the stock area and climbed a ladder to get it. All employees were pleasant and helpful.

Big Lots has improved tremendously over the years. Dropping in to pick up a few things from soft drinks to paper goods- they have a good selection of mostly name brand products at great prices. Now with a selection of furniture- again name brands- it's even better. I would give 5 stars, but I hate the layout of this store. Especially the entrance and exit doors. The entrance doors don't open automatically which isn't a problem unless you have to bring in a cart or are handicapped. The exit is a pain because after you check out the doors directly in front of the registers are the entry doors. To get out you have to go through an aisle with merchandise on both sides, so you have other customers who are still shopping between you and the door.

Lot of good finds perfect for people on a budget better quality stuff than a Dollar store this location tends to have more but also different stuff from the Florence location so if you find something buy it cause it might be the last of it. They have really good furniture at both locations .

Searched around for a few minutes for one specific item. Could not find it. Asked for help from the cashier, she was polite but she was unknowledgeable about where the product was or if they possibly stopped carrying it. So Im not sure if I went on the wrong day and they were just out of stock or if they did not carry it at all. But over all not upset.

It had a lot of construction going on around it made it kind of hard to see it from the road didn't even know it was there all in all it was interesting to walk through and it was just odd to be going in and out of it due to the construction
