Mixed review, because the staff was friendly. Last night the total just seemed a little high from what I was expecting. After checking the receipt at home, I realized a few items were over charged by a much as 30%! I went back today and verified the price on the shelf and brought it up to the manager. She was very friendly and apologetic, and pulled all the items to rescan and adjust the prices for a refund. But that took over 30 minutes. She explained that corporate had pushed prices down and they hadn't had time to post them on the shelves. The ethical problem I see here is that #1 they knew it was a problem and I still had to catch the problem and tell them I knew and #2 that they continued to charge people to pay higher prices than posted while I was standing there. THEY KNEW and still did it. :-/ Not cool.*** 5 days later, it's the same practice of over-charging at the register. Now, however, they refuse to correct the prices at the register. ***

One of the worst places to go the store manager over stocks the shelves and throws out the rest. Youll be surprised what they throw away. They trespassed me for no reason and called the law on me because i was in there dumpster getting out cans and other metal and i came across 30 gallons on ice cream in the dumpster and continued going their and i was stopped by the store manager and she told me that what i was doing was illegal and i corrected her that what they throws out no-longer belongs to them and now i cant go there. they are barely useing their cash registers and forcing people to use the self checkout.

With the new upgrade the store is great! The people who work there are not friendly at all. Almost all of them look miserable with and the look on their faces make you feel like you have done something wrong by walking in the door. Oh, and heaven forbid you ask a question. Learned my lesson!

The cashier that is working this shift, happens to be the very NICEST young man I've ever meet. He has a nice word for everyone that crosses his path. He is a prime perfect example of country kindness and good up bringing.Thank you for always putting a smile on my face in every shipping trip here.

This place has more stocked items than I would have thought. What prices I could find were reasonable. I may have bought more but many items that I looked at had no price marked on or around them. Not going to spend my time running down employees to get a price check. Otherwise, found the store clean. Easy to get in and out of.

I have to rate this again. There aww new people working there. The last 2 weeks I came to visit family again and I'll never buy at this store again. The supportedEmployees act like I'm interfering with their job. Can't get help, no one wants to wait on you or take your money. The only person in there that is a good employee is a young man with glasses. The women there will ignore you and treat you like you're in the way. This place officially sucks!

As long as you have plenty of time..its good deals , requires some looking around.. the store is near overstocked with a variety of items. The main problem I have is that it takes 5 minutes or usually more to check out at the register. Need more than one cashier ! Always !

They people or should I say kids are too busy talking to each other behind the counter so they can’t take time to acknowledge the customer at the register! Much less say thank you for shopping with us after they finally do check you out! And I should also say saying words that should not be said in a public retail store! The shelves were half empty! No Pepsi on the shelves except 2 liter which were all the way in the back where no normal height person could reach! The single ones in the cooler were on the very bottom shelf where a person has to get down on their knees in order to get them! Some of us are too old to do that! You can’t get through the isles because of boxes and boxes of stock setting! Which should have been on the shelves! This store as turned into trash!

This one is just as good as the one beside coach stop. They both have such a variety and more than the other dollar generals. And the most organized and neat compared to other dollar generals as well

they never have more than one register open even if 20 ppl are in line. there is merchandise sitting in boxes all over the store waiting to be put on shelves. and last, they have christian music playing on the sound system. never have I ever seen that in a commercial store. i suppose its cheap, but if i see more than 5 cars in the lot, i drive on by

Well I bought Keurig coffee and the signs indicated they were on sale. I bought 2 thinking that they were on sale.I was charged full price for the Donut Shop coffee. The sale ad at the front door was for the previous week.I received an ad in the mail and sure enough it was suppose to be on sale. On top of that, the Donut Shop coffee was OLD!! Best by Aug 29, 2016 !!!Your biggest question needs to be- Are the employees rotating products when the new stock is put out??

The dollar General store in my area, would be the Corinth location, or the barns road store, I visited both of them regularly, the store at the Corinth location is a very clean and organized store and the cashier's are very polite and ready to help you with anything that that you can't find , overall this is a very good store to visit, a large variety of food, clothes, office supplies, party supplies,and all types of medicine,They have plenty of things for baby's bottles, diapers,all sizes, lotions and clothing for the little ones.

Has most of what I shop for And there is never a problem if I need to return a item. Workers are friendly and helpful if I need help with anything. Good service and great prices. I shop there often

For a quick trip, DG is great.... if what you need is in stock and at a decent price.With there being no other stores around for miles, I'm a frequent DG shopper. I'd rate employees about a 4 out of 5. There use to be an older male cashier who I adored. He was so friendly, courteous, and helpful. Not sure if he left the company or transferred. With that being said, you will see many cashiers in & out of DG, it seems they last about a month and are gone.Main complaint, typically out of stock of A LOT; aisles are always cluttered (if in wheelchair extremely difficult to maneuver around store), shelves unorganized and many items don't have price tags so you're unaware of cost. Prices are reasonable, however some items are more expensive which I recommend to wait, if you can, to purchase item for lower price at another store.Dollar General phone app for coupons sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. *Remember to sign in at checkout because cashiers don't remind you.DG is in a very small town, so it seems only 1 or 2 employees working a shift at a time. Be prepared checkout may take an extra minute or two.

Tje cashier tried to charge me 5.75 for a small bag of ice.. that is price for big bag.. I know because I buy small bag all the time because ice maker is broke.. she wouldnt take my word for it. Called regional person and complained.

Well it's in a very good location. They always have what u need and most of th bye staff are friendly and it's always stocked well. Perfect store for Corinth and the residents in Corinth love it.
