I enjoyed shopping with my little kid Kera Marie but it was crowded in the store. She was disappointed because I had to take her little coat back. She didn't understand why, but I had to take it back and exchange it for a bigger size.

I have paid for Walmart + for two years. The first year was amazing! This past year has been a complete nightmare! This past Sunday, my $115 order arrived with all the frozen items thawed, the refrigerated items warm, missing items that had been paid for, substitutions I had clearly marked I didn’t want, bruised bananas, and EVERYTHING smelled like cigarette smoke! I have spent more than 4-hours on the phone with customer service, promised I would get a refund or replacement, transferred, told the same thing, transferred again, then RUDELY told by the last person that they couldn’t give me a refund, call my store, and they’d hang up on me. I would call my store, and no one would answer! I called another store, and they told me the stores can’t refund for online purchases! Why am I paying $99 to be treated like this? How can they think it’s okay to treat their customers this way?PLEASE, if you’re experiencing these same issues, leave a review, call your credit card companies to dispute the charges, and report them to the Better Business Bureau. At this point, it seems that’s all any of us can do.

Arrived late after a great dinner in downtown Corbin and left early before they even opened. Yes, I spent the night parked in the parking lot of the Walmart in my Sprinter van. Other than using the restroom, I didn't spend any time inside the store.Three stars for tolerating RV's overnight parking!

Be very careful with Walmart pickups. We had someone steal our order today. Thankfully the call center was able to give us a refund. However, the poor store employees tried their best when they had no help. There should always be a manager in the store (at least one) at all times! Your employees should not have to juggle everything all at once and they do no get paid to! They should have more help from management when issues like these arise!

Did delivery order in which the driver was in Williamsburg to deliver my items ordered from Corbin. Spent multiple hours on chat and phone trying to reach someone to confirm order would be cancelled and refunded. Customer service tried to call the store directly and was disconnected multiple times or no answer. Finally confirmed the order would be refunded and trying to shop in store but the Walmart shoppers with their huge carts for online orders have multiple isles blocked and are inconsiderate and will not offer to move. There is no customer service for the customer. Kroger and dollar general will now get all of my business. Oh and as if they don’t make enough money to actually hire cashiers we get to do that also when shopping

Didnt want to give a star at all,, we have been on phone for over a hour to get no help.. we have try to get help since 1030am and its now 1155am And still no one will pick up phone ,The one time they did All they did was ask how can i help you Then put us back on hold for 25 more mins , we never got to talk to any one ,we called back ask for a manager and still waited another 20 mins and no answer or help again ,,,, This place is just as bad as on the phone as when your shopping inside and need help.. NO one will help you ,, bad customer service for sure

Went to check out had to wait for a good while to get checked out...cant self check out if your useing money its card only thats so aggravating...i understand about the change problem...but u can self checkout at krogers with money....walmart has self checkouts on both sides of store they should make one side where you can use cash in them or at least make a few of them where u can use cash...this is why i have cut way back on going here if i half to spend cash im sure others have too...i dont like haveing to wait forever in line cause im useing cash

I live in next town over and it is best to verify if they have product in stocks because sometime website is wrong.Thats is if you are like me and don't want to waste an hour driving or gas and find they don't have product.Heres the problem;they never answer phone for any department except pharmacy and if they do they pick without asking will you hold and put you on hold for 30 minutes then hang up and you have to start over.thats my rant because this happen more than naught.

They sale Grippos BBQ chips again at walmart...Man its about time...you could get them at Kroger u could get them at dollar stores but you could not get them at walmarts and that was very aggravating....but now at last they sale them again..Awesome....only thing that bothers me bout here is how hardly any of the customers where wearing masks....the workers here where all wearing them and thats Awesome..but most of all the customers did not have one on....I will wear one tell we are in the clear.....why take a chance...I give a 4star rating I would give a 5star...but so many not wearing masks concerns me

Unfortunately I had to give it a store, but I went shopping there last night spend almost $1000 on Christmas gifts that I had to work my butt off for, just to walk out with my money gone out of my account, and no items in hand. Trying to contact them has been hard, and when I get ahold of someone they say they will call back. I will never use self checkout again nor will I ever shop at walmart again.

Normally, I don't leave 1 star reviews but this has me irritated. I arrived 15 minutes before my pickup time. Initially, I received a notice that stated my order would be delayed. Two minutes later, I received a notice that my order was ready. I promptly checked in. I've been out here for almost 40 minutes, waiting for the order. I've watch people arrive after me and leave before me.I finally talked to a manager and he was told that the computer showed me as not being checked in, even though the app showed that I was and I had talked to the pick-up department. Finally, I got my groceries after an hour.I understand they were slammed and sympathize with the workers. A big thanks to Madison, the young lady who brought my groceries. She was polite, sincere, and sympathetic. I appreciated that.

My favorite Walmart™ when it comes to more expensive and important items, I hear a lot of people say that it is a tad too big, as for myself I only think it's a little bit confusing and maze like but the employees are nice a good percentage of the time so finding what you need isn't too hard, overall I think it's a very good Walmart™ for alot of thing's.

Nothing had a price. Ton of clearance, but nothing marked and after going threw and finally taking a chance on the price, I find out that the items weren't even on clearance! Plus everyone was rude my Until they get new management, I'll shop elsewhere.Just slightly better as of this update.

Nate check my vehicle over tires still had 10,000 miles didn’t try to sell me another set of tires. Battery was good. Also didn’t try to sell me a battery was fast and efficient I would recommend this store.
