Went to walgreens to get my prescription and everything went smooth. I want to say thank you for the dedicated workers & pharmacist on duty, they truly are a blessing to those who need medication everyday to live & allow them to have a better quality of life. Thank you all.

So yea I will never ever go to this Walgreens again. I went in help my sick wife in I was approached by 4 employees one being rudest manager Allen ever. I didn’t know they closed at 8 in they meet me at door telling me they was closed. I tried explain my wife in here but they didn’t care. So I holler out told my wife to come on. The level of care for sick or professional is sad there. Save your money go elsewhere. As I getting in van Alan was leaving in thanked me for review what ashamed.

Their pharmacy is a joke. I received a call saying my order was ready for pickup so I drove 20 minutes and then I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and it didn't move 1 inch. There were 5 cars in front of me so I decided to go inside. That was worse. I waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes watching the employees standing there talking together about personal issues and nobody even looked at me! There was several people waiting already so I made my way to the other side and waited so long that I finally learned around the side and ask for assistance. I tell her the situation and with no concern or apologies she says it's not ready yet because the pharmacist had to put it in the bag. I waited 10 more minutes and then I ask a different employee and she checked it and it was finally ready. The worse part is I had been waiting for a day prior to that.

Called from Michigan prior to my arrival in Kentucky to verify that I would not have a problem filling a C-2 prescription and was told it would be fine. I drove to the pharmacy, spent 30 minutes waiting for the pharmacy to reopen from their lunch, and was told I could not fill my prescription because I live more than 50 miles away. I would have stayed home to have my prescription filled if that had been the case. The manager clearly does not know how to train their staff properly.

Staff is lovely and very accommodating. All the workers are very helpful from the cashiers to the pharmacy girls in the back. Would 10/10 recommend. Especially the little brown one in the back, very helpful

evidently the staff has changed, poor people skills. its apparent that they are not happy to be there. amazing number of items available. nice clean modern store. what happened to the previous lady that worked there?

The Store is well stocked.Most staff are friendly. With the exception of a older male Johny . He just isn’t a kind person and talks about everyone. If he is there i drive to the other Walgreens.

Pharmacy staff are grossly incompetent and rude. They've given my prescriptions to other people and can rarely answer basic questions about medications.

The staff isn't very friendly and they don't do everything they can to take of the customer. No matter how it may inconvenience the customer, as long as they are not inconvienced.

The store manager was very rude treated the employees like they was stupid when I ask for help she acted like I ask for her life I will not ever shop there again people in the pharmacy was great along with the employees besides the store manager
