I really love that they have a resident cat. The majority of the staff were very helpful and asked if we needed anything. It was clean and well organized. Impressed with the selection for grilling supplies. The bathroom was very clean and did not smell. As a woman I appreciate that. My only negative would be one employee at the registers who was dismissive towards those around her. I could tell her coworkers were used to it but I didn't care for it. Overall I really liked it there. Will be back

Never take something there to be repaired. Their repair shop took two weeks to fix my chainsaw, charged me $110 and when I got home the saw wouldn't start. I took it back and told them I wanted it fixed and I was not paying them. A month later I got it back and they wanted $80! Only charging me for the carburetor they said. Never again.

We went there with the intention of buying a Rotor Tiller. I went inside and there was four or five men just standing behind the counter. I told them my boyfriend outside needs help with the Rotor Tillers. I went back outside to where he was. The next thing we knew a young lady , my guess about 18 or 19 years old comes out to help us. She could not answer any questions about the specifications of the Tillers. She did not know anything about the sizes, the kind of motor or the make. He ask her if there was a problem after we get it home what is the return policy. She said we take no returns. She said we try all the tillers out so we know there is nothing wrong before you buy them. My boyfriend ask her how they try them out on an asphalt parking lot. She said I don't know but you can't return it for any reason. We left and went to Lowes and gave them our $1000.00 dollars.

Ace Hardware is my local and favorite Milwaukee Dealer. I started with Dewalt but lost all tools to theft in Hoston, TX (At least we completed the job before tools got stolen!)Thanks to Tim and staff (they deserve a raise for great customer service!)I've spend $$$ thousands at my local hardware store! Keep it local people! Below is a review on Milwaukee👇🏼ToolsMilwaukee Tools just feel as the top of the top in quality per price as of NOW! I was a DeWalt man but Milwaukee has made me a believer!I think they have surpassed DeWalt as #1 because dewalt is taking fan favorite items (banana ) off the market and replacing with (twiss your wrist JUNK!)Plus RED is more a MANs color instead of YELLOW 😂Everytime I pull a Milwaukee drill / Saw / anything out EVERYONE there working is shocked at how much increased HP / Battery Life / Tool Durability / and Features Milwaukee provides!They are putting DeWaLT, Craftsman (suck now was #1 years ago), others to shame! A wide variety of overpriced things. Not much different than Lowe's or any of the other major box stores in regards to quality. Just more expensive. However, I do understand why they don't let you pick out your own lumber there. Got some 2x8s that were absolutely horrible. Scarred up splintered in areas. Extremely filthy with various kinds of painting, print or ink on them. Had to spend an hour sanding them just to make them usable. And the lumber is more expensive than Lowe's. So definitely don't just let them load it for you and assume you'll be given a decent pick. That was my mistake.

I recently started to use this place exclusively. The are superior to Lowes and every way. Employee’s actually want to help you and they are knowledgeable. Don’t waste you time and money at Lowes. The lumber is better here and some of the products might be a couple of dollars more but at least they want to earn your business.

Was in the store yesterday employee was standing at the door talking to what I assumed to be his friend. Stood there a few minutes. Then ask if they had entry locks for mobile homes. Was told to go look for myself and continued to talk to his friend so I took my money else.

Great service and friendly. Tiny bit higher on prices but thats fine by me for the level of personal service they give. Only issue i had was finding exactly the part i needed without a little help but with that said when i asked they took me right to it. Great inventory knowledge.

I called them on the phone to find electrical items Lowe’s didn’t have and they had it. Stayed on the phone with me and no interruptions. Very friendly and held the items until I could get there. I called another electrical business before them and finally just hung up because the idiot didn’t even know what the name of things were and I’ve been doing this for 26 years. These were common items my granny could name.

I don't get into the hardware side very often but those folks are really helpful. My visits are mainly to the shop side of the store. Sometimes they are very busy and you have to wait a while to get help. The shop guys are good at what they do and will get you the parts you need or order them and they arrive in a couple days.
