Freshly remodeled and laid out differently but more open now with the same friendly service you always get here. Not sure how it happens or how he remembers but it seems I always see Lee the owner and he always asks how my remodel is going. You really can't beat that. He also told me that this year's prices on basically everything I was going to need this summer(lumber,drywall,plywood,etc) was going to be way cheaper than last. With all the inflation I was dreading seeing material prices this year but he assured me that wasn't the case. Cheaper than Lowe's and much better service. Not sure what else you can ask for.

I drive 25 minutes past probably 12 hardware stores to go to this place for any business I can give them because they deserve it. You just don't get their level of service and expertise anywhere else. If you need it they've got it and you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful service was greeted hello when I came through the door was willing to help me in any way they did not have everything that I needed in stock but they went online found it for me put it in to order and I am absolutely happy take a few days to get there but just ready and willing to help you in any way. The employees seem to be great!! . Getting something repaired, not so great. It’s as if it’s two separate businesses. If you can’t fix it the first time fix it immediately the second time! No excuses, no lies! Everybody says something different when something like this happens

W.D Bryant's is the best. My gas water heater laid down. I went to every store I could think of but to no luck. W.D Bryant's had just what I needed and the employees went out of their way to help. They will have all my business going forward.

Today I was happy to discover W D Bryant’s has added a whole lot of FARM-RELATED items, like electric fencing, tractor attachment parts, animal feeds and bottle lamb supplies, to their usual hardware and building/home improvement things. A handy one-stop-shop for FARM stuff, especially seeing Corbin doesn’t have a Tractor Supply. And there’s their new plant nursery section, too, now. I always enjoy going to Bryant’s. So much more personal than Lowe’s. :)

This is a smaller store than lowes...but a lot of times I cant find what I need at lowes but I come here and I can...and the staff here are a lot more helpful here too...you don't even half to ask for help they just go ahead and offer it...this is a Awesome store...just so much better than lowes my opinion....if this store was a big store like lowes the sky would be the limit in how awesome that would be....I really appreciate W.D BRYANTS...👍👍👍👍👍

Called for warranty work on a Husqvarna riding mower, the service shop told me outright because it wasn't purchased from them they wouldn't repair it even tho it makes not difference in the money they get to fix it, Husqvarna says they are a service provider for warranty service, I've purchased home remodeling products from them several times all my business will go elsewhere from now on, not at all very good customer service.
