I had my boat serviced there yesterday, but I had to have them pick it up and return my boat. Not only did they do great work, they dropped my boat off at the campsite. Communication was key and Jonathan and Dalton delivered. I really appreciate their client first approach. It’s difficult to receive great Customer Service, Jonathan and Dalton went above and beyond!

After about 2 weeks of deciding between a deep v and a bass boat I chose the v18 and our salesman Calvin was very patient and not pushy, and he helped us a lot. All there service guys I spoke with were great I had couple questions and they were fast to help. I will bring my buisbess back.

Had a keel guard put on my boat here. The keel guard was done incorrectly by someone else. They replaced the keel guard and I had a few issues with it. They fixed all the small issues and even buffed the bottom area of my boat at no charge. Excellent service and they stand behind their work. Hard to find these days. Thanks to Jason the service manager and they store manage for taking care of me. Plus they gave me a $50 gift card for my troubles. Give this shop a call if you need anything.

Their parts and service department are EXCELLENT! Jason was so helpful in parts ordering Raptors for our bass boat and Zack in service was beyond amazing. They communicated throughout our purchase and installation each step of the way. They were prompt, professional and several employees gave us some excellent fishing tips! Everyone we encountered was professional and friendly, we couldn't have asked for more. We have owned boats for over 30 years and this business by FAR exceeded any other boating center we have dealt with in the past. KUDOS to you all!

Went to purchase a 2021 Nitro Z18 and after all the paper work was done, they said you will receive a call within 24-48 hours to finish off the last things before we would get the boat. Haven’t received a call yet and that was 2 weeks ago.

I had a very good experience in buying a boat brain Holbrook was friendly n polite he knew what he was talking bout n didn't try to sell me something I didn't want I will deal with them again hands down they were the only boat dealers that answered my questions n got what I wanted these other boat dealers don't want to do that if you don't have big money or don't buy what they think you need they treat you bad n are in willing to even try get what you look for thanks again brain you awesome
