Man I wish I could express how awesome these guys are.I took my German Shepherd in to get groomed. They got him in and out, did an amazing job and were nothing but AMAZINGLY friendly and awesome. They went above and beyond. I truly left there thinking "I wish I woulda called these guys a year ago"!As far as value for my $, A+!I couldn't touch Arlo without hair flying everywhere. My wife was about to divorce me, and my car looked like a Ford Shepherd. For everything they did, getting me in on literally a walk in, a nice clean facility and being so nice... I will definitely be back.

This was the first time for our two ShihTzu. Although the price is more than we had to pay before they did a great job. Our boy Harley is very nervous, but this time he was more calm when we picked him up than the previous groomer. Will definitely try them next time. Very satisfied with the service.

My daughter took her Labradoodle to be groomed. The PERSON said her dog hadn't been groomed in over a year ( lie) my daughter and I groomed him once took hours. Then she did about a month ago..The groomer said a year.They groomed him alright came home lookiing like poodle ( ugly) He's s NOT a poodle. Then charges her $ 159.00. If I'd been there she wouldn't have been paid. If I could give NO stars I would. So my suggestion is take your furbabies elsewhere.

DO NOT GO HERE, AWFUL CUT ZERO SKILLD, RUDE AND WILL LIE TO YOU THEM MAKE U FEEL LIKE AN INCH TALL CUS U WALKED IM WITH THE AMOUNT SHE SAID! None of my dogs hair is even looks horrible!!!! for one that woman treated me like trash because she told me $55 for everything knowing my dog nips when scared or hurt and they had no problem with that. My dogs hair is all different lengths choppy as can be and act’s terrified. Because she jacked the price up pretty much flat out lied bout the price. I asked nicely if I could ho out and get the money for her and she tried to belittle me, like I was the one who flat out lied about the price and because I needed to walk out n get the money she said well that’s fine we won’t have you or her ( back here) I said well ok I guess I’ll find another groomer sorry this one didn’t work out she snarled at me got louder n said good luck. My dog is 5lbs that nips when scared or hurt. Made that very clear She is one of the rudest ppl I have ever had to deal with! The man seemed nice but she is a nasty rude disrespectful woman that will flat out lie to you then act like your trash cus u didn’t walk in with more than what she promised it cost. Horrible job horrible service horrible disrespectful person that u can’t believe what comes out of her mouth.

Just picked up my dog from there. We just moved to KY less than 3 weeks ago so I called yesterday to ask about getting an appointment and the prices. She said grooming starts at $45 and would be extra charges for flea/tick and Mats. I ask about other services like teeth etc. and she only mentioned about the flea/tick, mats and medicated. I dropped her off and spoke to the guy there for a bit about her health and I was impressed with the place so far. Well I pick her up and while I was talking to the lady,owner, she is processing my payment. When I look at the receipt it is $58 not $45. I ask why and she said it was because she had not been there in the last 6-8 weeks. What? My dog was groomed in CA on April 12 before we left for KY on the 18th. Well the discussion got heated. My problem is the fact that I was not advised of this before being charged. While I was outside writing a review a “regular loyal” customer told me he was charged a higher fee today. She came storming out the door and threw $10 in my car window and said write my review and never come back. I do not have a problem with the grooming JUST the fact that I was charged extra for something that I was never informed of.

We feel safe taking our fur paw babies here. They do a good job with grooming and take good care of them. It's easy to get in and out quickly. And we love the cute little bandanas they always get with their grooming.

They took such great care of our dog while my husband and I went out of town for a few days. I totally recommend them if you're going to be gone for a while. The staff were super nice as well!

I had contacted TLC on Monday to see if they had any appointments available for Saturday, due to the fact me and my husband both work Monday through Friday. The lady I spoke with stated they had a 10 & 11 spot available. I took the 10:00am opening. On arriving this morning she was highly rude and states that they worked her in. I was not informed on Monday she was a work in or I would not have taken her this morning. Our old groomer always let us bring sissy’s blanket with her because she feels more comfortable having something from home. She is never put in a cage she’s always open to run around and I dont want her to feel as if she’s being mistreated. When I asked could I leave it, she said I would prefer that you didn’t that’s just more for us to have to keep up with. After handing sissy over I went to my car and thought about how rude that women was that’s absolutely disrespectful. Considering your paying them to take care of your dog. I contacted our old groomer and she said she would gladly work her in for us. I went back in and said I’m just going to take her back with me, with an attitude she said ok. She opened the cage and made me come behind the counter and get her out I told her I did not like her attitude and that she was rude. The men were who my husband dealt with last time and they were very nice, they also done an excellent job. The price is very reasonable too. We thought we had found a groomer closer to us considering we are having to drive an hour to get our dog groomed. Then an hour back home. I will not tolerate paying someone who is so rude to be a part of my dogs grooming experience. I work in a doctors office and that’s not how you treat people who are helping make your paycheck. Would I recommend them, no not if the women is still working there. The least the owners could have done was apologize or try to make things right but they didn’t... very disappointed in my second experience

Took my maltepoo there for the 1st time & the experience was great for me & my furbaby..no nicks or cuts on her like her old groomer used to leave & she wasn't ready to run out the door when I got there to pick her up like she normaly does at her old groomers..not to mention they got me in the same day that i called unlike her old groomer that said it would be 2 weeks before they could get her in..I've found my baby's new groomer!!!

Awful. They cut two of my dog, Charlie’s, paws to the quick and they’re bleeding. It still hasn’t stop in 20 minutes. We tried to take the harness off of Charlie and it was broken because they made the leash too tight to the pet station, so we had to cut it off of him. Right now, Charlie is terrified of anyone in our household. We try to pet him and he just stops and lays down to protect himself. Please, if you are thinking about taking your dog here, don’t.

This place overcharged me all because my shih tzu was matted and don't accept checks (of course) the groomer got rude with my mom all because he just bit him on the hand and he ain't used to new people so they quickly gave back our dog and told us to NEVER come back all because of a stupid mishap, i swear people are heartless these days...Would I recommend this place? Absolutely 100% No, This place is expensive $40 for wash, cut, and trim and extra $15 if your dog is matted, SO SORRY TLC but you all are disrespectful!!!

She never does what we ask. Asked for her hair not to be shaved and they shaved her. It’s winter coming and now she will need sweaters every day. Asked for her face not to be cut so short and they still cut it short and shaved her nose 😳. I’m flabbergasted at the cut that was given to my fur baby. Then they want to charge $50 we will never be back.

Chanrged me 10$ for each of my dogs just to put a muzle on them to cut their nails! Ended up paying $42 for two dogs to get their nails cut! Ridiculous! Im go bavk to my old groomer!

First time they done an awesome job cutting my dogs hair. 2nd time I had to trim multiple places to even it out. 3rd time he had his nails trimmed and it went well.
