This was only my dog's 2nd grooming. She went straight to the lady she had never seen before. She wagged and wagged her tail. And she was very quick getting her bathed, nails, and haircut. And when she called I was on my way to Barbourville. She was very understanding with my situation. She said she's fine here we will take very good care of her. Just go ahead and then come and pick her up.Will give 5 stars 50 times over!!!!

We have a rescue dog and her nails were over an inch long. They were very gentle and kind to Sweet Pea. I am bad at remembering names, thank you ladies and the one gentlemen there. I will always come here for all my dogs grooming needs. 2/09/2021 Took Sweet Pea back and this time we took her little girl Lucy. Always an amazing and Outstanding job you do, Thank you

The paw wash has great customer service and awesome pricing. Brought my australian Sheppard in to get it trimmed for shedding season. When I came to pick him up I didn't hardly recognize him. He was shaved all over and beautiful!

I loved this new groomer. My dog was clean and fresh. Her nails were trimmed and the groomer knew how to do a schnauzer cut. I have another appointment at the end of September. She is awea9me!

Apparently not available for 2 months for a wash bc they are "so backed up". Never even seen one car there. Also the most expensive pricing in the tri-county area.
