Not bad. They were out of a lot of flavors. Lady behind the counter was nice. Their online posted hours are incorrect. I thought they were open till 10pm Fridays. They are not. But the staff will stand awkwardly around and not let you know they're closed. Hah. Might be worth calling to confirm their hours the day you go. Tasty ice cream. One scoop is pretty generous. Cute decor. Lots of free parking.

The sundaes my husband and I got were both delicious.The selection is phenomenal.The atmosphere is something that we both appreciate, as we appreciate culture and heritage.The two young girls tending the store, eeesh.Maybe they are young and haven't developed social skills or vocal skills. Or work skills, yet.They were no where in sight when we arrived, gave us dirty looks when we said "dine in", didn't say one word when we went to order, and didn't say one word when our order was up.It was extremely awkward.For that reason, it will probably ne quite some time before we go back.Hopefully, you'll have a better experience.

This place was as busy as it gets!! Of course they had the specialty sundaes and shakes. After a day of hiking to waterfalls the Mrs and I decided that we had earned a Banana split and let me tell you it didn't disappoint!!

NOT safe for childrenPlease read to the end.This happened in early October 2023.Saw the $6 deal for kids for Halloween and thought it was a great deal. I was completely wrong.My two older kids ordered one of those Halloween cups each, the ones with the gummy eyeballs. If you have a young child I do not recommend these as it's a serious choking hazard.My oldest who is only 8, found a piece of plastic (in the picture) towards the bottom of their cup as they were drinking the last bit of ice cream and almost swallowed it.My other kid found a smaller piece of plastic inside of their ice cream as they ate some from their spoon.Both ended up with cuts and bleeding after this.On a separate note, staff wasn't very friendly. Place looks run down and the "atmosphere" that everyone claims to love isn't there. Floor boards are coming up, sharp metal on the floor, tripping hazards everywhere.I do NOT recommend this place.

Love this fun place! Original ice cream flavors, specialty sundaes and more. We loved the Bourbon Pecan, NSA Peanut Butter Fudge, Superman and Birthday Cake ice cream. Retro ice cream decor and Sinatra tunes! ❤️❤️❤️

Made to order doughnuts, ice cream, and fun sodas located in downtown Corbin near fun murals. You can go in and order or stay and relax, there is plenty of room. The murals are super fun and decor is thoughtful and colorful inside. If you are looking for a little something sweet, of course, go to Sweeties. 🍨

Good ice cream, but ridiculous price.I visited here with my nephews and 3 standard milk shakes came out to $40 after tax! I mean... they looked impressive and all in the big glass cup, and they throw the kitchen sink at it... but I wouldn't do this again at this price. Also, they don't have a reasonable option to get a shake to go. They'll charge an extra few bucks and you keep the glass. Regardless of that, though, the way they attach stuff to the outside of the glass makes this an impossible treat to eat on-the-go.I get the idea they are going for in that no one else is putting a brownie or a piece of cake on top of a milkshake, but honestly the flavors aren't any better than a basic chocolate shake with a bunch of M&Ms, whipped cream, and caramel sauce on it. It's just presented in an extravagant way.While this is definitely a place to go and enjoy once just for the novelty of it all, I won't go back due to the high cost. Right before our visit to Sweetie's, I spent less money on a GREAT complete sit-down meal than I did on a single milkshake here.I think they are going to need to offer some more traditional options at reasonable prices to maintain a business long-term.

Took my family to sweeties for a treat and really enjoyed our family time. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, and a great selection of ice cream. Although I wish they offered smaller portion size options, the experience was great nonetheless!

Great place. Ice cream was delicious, I got the exhausted parent. Its bourbon, coffee and dark chocolate chips. Needless to say my husband had to pry me from the ceiling fan. Staff was sweet and brought our dog a water and offered a pup cup. Love pet friendly business

Highly recommend this place! Lots of tasty options - ice cream flavors and ways to eat them, plus mini donuts! I got this epic banana split sundae for only $8 and, yes, I finished it, but, yes, I slightly regret it (just eating all of it, not buying it)!

We stopped in after seeing the first KFC and Sanders park. It was a pop in snack for the road. We got a single scoop cone, a shaved ice and a dozen mini-doughnuts. The doinghnuts are what I would describe as funnel cake rings rather than actual doughnuts. The basic doughnuts are either cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar. At $5 a dozen, it feels a little over priced. The ice cream was good but not great. The shaved ice was a little more generous in portion. It came a heaped over a "flower" cup. The staff were fairly inattentive for a place where you approach the counter for service.Enough of the bad, now to the good. The outside portion of the shop was covered with picnic tables and had a cool little fire pit area. It would be a good place to sit on a cool night or a balmy summer night if you're away from the fire pits. The inside and outside have picture spots. All in all it's worth a stop for some small town feel.

Good experience. Friendly. You can try the ice cream. Maple Nut is in the back room so she'll be gone for a minute to get your sample. They have sugar free options, lots of flavors, and mini donuts. Put one in your ice cream, and then add whipped cream in center of donut. Voila!

Super cute sweets shop on Main Street Corbin, Ky! They had awesome customer service and a huge selection of sweets! We had the chocolate overload shake and it was everything it promised to be! They have snowcones, ice cream, ice cream cones, regular shakes, and then a really cool wall of root beer to choose from. Definitely a must try!

Went to Sweeties for the first time this year (2023) in mid-summer. My wife and I enjoyed the hand-dipped ice cream very much. My kids were fans of the exotic milk shakes. Overall a fun place to go treat yourself to some desert.

While traveling home from vacation, my family and I were in the mood for ice cream. We noticed a "Sweeties Ice Cream" sign while driving and decided to try it. What a cute place to visit. Their ice cream and mini donuts are certainly worth the stop. Costumer service is top notch and their recommendations are right on the money!

While they only offered 2 flavors of soy ice cream (chocolate and vanilla chocolate chip), they had an impressive selection of really good-sounding regular ice cream. The vanilla soy was so good -- smooth and creamy and flavorful. Their donut rings, however, were sadly lacking. I'm willing to try them again to see if those sad little rings were a fluke or not.

Take a trip back in time to the good ol days of soda shops and simpler times we all once remember. Sweeties Ice Cream and mini doughnuts shop is a great place to sit back and relax while enjoying larger than life desserts that look just like the pictures! This great place to gather has lots of Memorabilia of soda shops from yesteryears. With plenty of places for photo opps such as murals and ice cream benches and statues this is the perfect place to spend a summer evening while enjoying a snack. Oh! And while your there be sure to catch a game of Volleyball at the sandy court located right behind the shop! A visit to Corbin wouldn’t be complete without a visit to Sweeties Ice cream shop.
