My Bella & I absolutely LOVE the Paw Paw Patch! Miss Vicki was AMAZING with my lil fur Princess. I needed A groomer fast cause Bella was really grown out..Miss Vicki was able to fit her into her busy schedule and did exactly whatI asked for. The staff was very friendly and patient. However, very dissatisfied with the grooming job. It was uneven and patchy in places. Pictured is just one example of the unevenness. One nail on his front left paw had been cut to the vein, which we were not informed of and only knew about once we got home and blood was all over our floors. Will not be returning.

Never go here. They didn't even bath my dog. The owner was rude and hung up on me when I called to ask why the services I paid for weren't done. They obviously don't have any customer service skills and don't care or take any pride in their work. Heaven only knows what they do to the poor little animals . My dog weighs five pounds so it wouldn't have taken long to do the work they were paid to do.. My little dog was a nervous wreck when she came back and she is only like that if someone or another animal has hurt her or been mean to her. I hope they don't treat all the animals and customers the way we were treated

Love it here. I've got a pup that's three pounds, easily wound, close to the ground then found a round mound of hound. With both dogs their work is sound. Plus they were 1/2 the price of the two big pet stores.

Cut my dogs foot and still charged us the same price for the grooming of my dog. Did not act like it was anything that my dog was bleeding everywhere. I tried to call them back as soon as my daughter brought her to me and they would not answer. My dig will not be going back to them!

These folks were awesome with our 11yr old weiner dog. No appointment necessary , they take walk-ins. Absolutely recommend Paw Paw’s. Good people!!!

This place is friendly and loves their clients! Real animals lovers and very knowledgeable. This is the only place that would take my special needs Chihuahua. She has seizures. They are also attentive not only to the clients but to the fumommies and furdaddies. Great great great company.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I currently live in Richmond but come down here for this groomer. I absolutely love her she does such a great job and doesn't charge an arm and a leg like most groomers in Richmond do!

No one should ever have to worry about their dog being kicked into a cage when taken to the groomers. Sadly, this happened to a member of my family at this place and I am both livid and devastated. If their idea of putting a dog in a cage by kicking the dog (and causing the dog to cry) is their definition of, “Working carefully” as well as saying, “We love dogs, so you can trust that we will take great care of your furry friends.“ ~ direct quotes taken from their website ~ then I would hate to see their definition of abuse.
