i wouldn’t use orkin, we had them for over a year. they sprayed every month until i started backing out of services. i was wasting money and nothing was happening. i was feeling ripped off everytime they came, and dreaded them even texting me for an appointment.they would text me literally down the street saying we are “in the area” im gonna swing on by. really unprofessional and made me feel on the spot. i was backing out of the pest control because over a year we didn’t see an improvement. we literally saw a decrease maybe a couple days after if that. what really shocked me is that they filled the container up with water one day. i’m assuming its prolly concentrate they mix with water, but having no significant changes and filling it up with water? yeah red flag. alsoone day our tech “ went outside to spray around the house” and my hubs walked out to him spraying a whole can of spray on our 1 single bush under our carport. i told one of the ladies about it and she didn’t even seem to care.riddle me this, i had orkin for over a year and i brought this tiktok hack stuff and within 3 weeks i have not seen a single roach. a tiktok hack has literally did more than orkin did in over a year. says something right there.

I was not home from my appointment time and I had to reschedule. The crew at working remained very polite and understanding. It was also a lot cheaper than I thought it would be to have the monthly service started up at my home. I highly recommend their services. They also offer a free assessment or inspection.

Great experience with them so far! Techs are customer service oriented, friendly, knowledgeable. Yes, you can go out and buy your own products and hopefully get rid of whatever bugs you have...but why guess what insecticides you need. They gaurantee their product or come back and spray for free...unlike buying your own product, having it get washed away in the rain, or forgetting to hit an area and allowing bugs in your house. Then having to go back to the store to get more... Give them a call!

When we called to make an appointment for them to come they never showed up!! Then when we called them back to set up another appointment they never called us back. So we went with Best Pest and was very happy with them and they was much cheeper and done an amazing job! Not to mention very nice people and showed up when they was suppose to.

Experience has been wonderful so far. I receive maintenance services every two months. I’ve barely seen anything at all and if perhaps I do is it dead/dying. If the occasional spider is able to breach the doorway it is dead within about 20 minutes. I would recommend these services to anyone looking for pest and insect relief. There is great relief knowing that your home is safe and without infestation (which is at the end of the day what I think we are strive for in reliable pest prevention services).

The staff are ALWAYS courteous, polite, have a smile on their faces and have answered any and every question I have asked. And are happy to work with ANYONE'S hectic schedule!!I have a few acres with LOTS of animals and they use chemicals safe for livestock and my pets. That's a bonus!I have had a contract with them for 1 yr now and they have COMPLETELY eliminated my pest problem!!If I EVER am in need of a pest control service, I will MOST DEFINITELY be calling them again!

They were able to get in to see us quick and explained everything that was happening to our understanding (the behavior and nesting places of spiders, ants and wasps) and they took super great care when it came to our pets . I started with Orkin a couple years ago when my rental house was infested with roaches, I had tried everything else and nothing worked. After the first visit I noticed a visible decline in roaches and was super excited. When I bought my home and my rental I kept using Orkin and couldn't be happier with the service!

They told me they would be here Wednesday mourning at 8 to 12 , I canceled all my appts and then I called them at 11am and they said tech would call me and he did , then he tried to say he left me a message, I DONT have a answering machine cause the fax machine that give me the roaches is hooked up and the aswering machine don't work anymore....plus the caller ID says HELL TACO seriously.....anyway the girl kept trying to tell me all there problems that they cover all these county's and stuff , that's not my problem , YOUR PEOpLE SAID YOU WOULD BE HERE .....MAYBE YOU ALL NEED TO HIRE MORE ORKIN MEN SO YOU AINT BEHIND

Horrible customer service. Scheduled an inspection, and at the time of the inspection, was called and told there was confusion and couldn't make it until a later date. My husband took off of work to have this completed. Very disappointed.

I had evicted a tenant that infested one of my rental houses with roaches and it's been wut 4 months now and there still there looks like it gotten worse now and I'm losing money from not wanting to rent it out till the roaches are gone very disappointed
