We purchased a conversational patio set from Lowes in Somerset Ky. We had some items missing when picked up.I highly recommend Willie and Chris. They both went above and beyond to make it right with us. These guys were the best. If you ever have a problem, these are your guys.

Best experience I've ever had at a hardware store. Was greeted when I came in. A lady approached me and took me to what I needed. She even grabbed another staff member who was more knowledgeable about what I was looking for to help me out. Wasn't intimidating at all. Like a super friendly auntie and uncle. Thank you so much!!!

I just bought a patio set and couldn’t fit in my Blazer. Bull and Shan were AMAZING they took it out the box and packed it up in my Chevy!! Thank you I’m on my way home now to Michigan. Thanks again 😊

Lowes has gotten horrible. 1st they have either changed the return policy or the maybe the hateful lady at the return desk was just rude. Problem is i bought 1 of 2 plumbing parts and since there is never anyone knowledgable or willing to help i chose the wrong one and had to take it back and get the other and was told thet no longer give cash back or a Lowes card. It takes 5-7 days to process that going to my card where as i just wanted th buy the other part. Lowes at one time had employees that cared and were knowledgable and willing to help but not now, i went to WD Bryant and its worth a few extra bucks to deal with nice. helpful people that are good at their job and really want to help. Lastly im sick and tired of Lowes mandatory self checkout. To say i hate Lowes in an understatment.

I placed an order for an electric fireplace on December 14 to be delivered assembled. It was a Christmas present for my wife. The delivery guys showed up today (the 22nd) and the item had small damage on it. I did not want it damaged, I paid enough money for this to have it received undamaged.They said they would take it back And that I should call Lowe’s. I tried two or three times and kept getting transferred to a phone that was never answered. I left for work because I work evenings and tried contacting them two more times on the way to work with the same result. At 7 Pm I was FINALLY able to speak to a manager. She said I was already scheduled to have my delivery on January 4th. I said, that was too late, can I just get one assembled, and I will drive to the store and get it myself (which is an hour away).She put me on hold again and came back and said all they had was the display and I could come up there and look at it to see if it was damaged or if I wanted it or not. I said no I would just like a full refund. Then she got the attitude put me on hold, then someone else got on the phone and said the manager processed my refund. So I said “the manager is pretty much just done with me right?” And “she doesn’t wanna hear anything else I have to say.”Now my wife doesn’t have her present for Christmas. Worst customer service ever

Any time I’ve been to the store in Corbin Ky I have never been able to get any help and I’ve called 6 times today and either got put straight on hold and not even tt to anyone or told to hold on and then it just hangs up. I’m not normally one to complain or give a bad review but that place is pitiful… very frustrating!

I live in Taswell Tennessee which is about 50 miles from that store. I have been there twice to buy stuff but cannot get no help. I’m asking why I was there this past Saturday to purchase a storm door, could not get no one to come to that department. Somebody needs a lot more help. where are you fill out an application

Customer service is excellent in store but if you have to make a call to them for any reason it’s horrible. I’ve had to call 7 times the past two days because either no one answers or I get hung up on.

I went to Lowe's Thursday Corbin Ky got my bedroom paint the guy waited on me was very nice and explained the difference in the paint 🙂 also looking for flowers 💐 for my sister Birthday Thursday has to get seeds until Spring outside stuff gets in but there was a truck 🚚 there 🙃 SPRING FLOWERS 💐 AND BUTTERFLY 🦋

The staff doesn't seem very well trained. From the fork lift operators who moved a load of plywood over my head while standing in line, to the lack of help with purchasing cabinets or carpet. Theres always someone who will go to get help, then leave me standing in the aisle for 40 minutes or longer makes it difficult to complete a job as i'm also a seasonal contractor. When i attempted to apply for a part time job in my down season they asked "are there any qualifications you have that may help us consider you?" I answered "HVAC, plumbing, electrical, plumbing, septic, carpentry etc." They passed me over for a young lady who barely answered a single question lol. After the interview i went to price a radiant heater for a client and the floor staff was almost non existant. I stood there in the garden department and called the front desk for a manager. The young man that interviewed me was standing near the customer service desk clearly flirting with one of the young ladies that worked there. The lady who answered the phone looked directly at the manager as she tells me "he's busy at the moment". Not long after that i spent over $700 on a washing machine that was supposed to be delivered on a tuesday. When i called the store to check on the delivery, their automated system was down. After a good 20 minutes navigating their directory to speak to a real person, a young lady tells me the automated system isnt run by Lowes, i asked "well who can tell me when the washing machine would be delivered" the girl became frustrated and told me it wasnt her fault. I understood and asked who could answer my question. I guess she thought i was blaming her for something so she hung up on me. After calling back to speak to a manager she put me on hold for a good 25 minutes. I'll NEVER give this horribly managed store my business again. You guys lost $3500 sale a few weeks ago in cabinets because you left me standing there without help. Now, i go to Home Depo in Morristown. They have AMAZING service.

Back in August my wife, daughter and I went to this Lowes to buy new Trex decking. After 7 trips to the store we finally got help from Lee a manager to enter a special order since the decking was not in stock. When we returned home I reviewed the receipt and discovered that Lee had ordered not only the wrong decking, but it was not even the Trex brand. Called Lee and canceled the order. Lee told me to work with Angie at the pro desk that she knew more about decking than anyone. Angie built two orders and told us that the orders were in the system and once we decided on which decking we liked, the order could be placed. On September 12th Lee placed the order and said it would arrive in a week to 10 days. The order arrived last week of October and was short 18 decking boards. At this point Matt another manager started communicating with us and placed an order for the missing 18 boards. Same spill, week to 10 days. Got the second order last of November. As part of the original order decking screws with plugs were ordered. We got the screws, but no decking plugs. Matt said the plugs were on order and has fabricated a different story each time I call checking on them. Then yesterday I call Lowes corporate customer service and wasted 30 minutes of my day trying to get resolution to this order. A total waste of time. Bottom line is we spent thousands of dollars and 5 months waiting on a deck that will never be finished because of incompetent Lowes staff. I know these reviews don't change anything, but want consumers to be aware. If this is allowed to be posted Lowes corporate will respond with a meaningless apology. UPDATE: 12/26/2023 just called the 800 number customer service line Lowes advised me to call in their response to my review. Spoke to customer service and they said they had no idea what I was talking about. I thought for a brief moment they were actually wanting to gain back my trust. Turns out it wasn't the case at all! NEW UPDATE: The store manager Lee call me after my call to corporate on 12/2623 at 10AM. Lee said he wasn't aware there was a problem and that the screw plugs and now due to arrive on Jan. 4th. I'll keep you posted! No apologies yet!THIRD UPDATE: Captains log! 5PM on January 4th, called Lowes and spoke to Matt the manager (Lee wasn't available). Matt said the plugs were showing to arrive today. He said, that I would get a call or email telling me when they arrive. 8:02PM never received a call or email. Not sure how they are going to email me as they don't have my email address? Surprisingly, they have never apologized or offered any monetary relief in an effort to earn back my trust! This is beyond ridiculous! Stay tuned, I am sure there will be more to come!

Worst delivery ever. Totally inept installers. No power cord sent with stove after power cord was purchased same time as stove. Now I have an Uninstalled stove with no power cord sitting in my kitchen. Lowes no help. I will never buy another appliance from Lowes.

Buying an appliance from this store created a big challenge.My mother-in-law bought a Frigidaire dishwasher for a high price of $800 + $99 for a 3 year warranty. She never got to use it.After5 months of having Frigidaire sending technicians out, plus trying to order parts over and over again, it was finally time to give up on getting this thing repaired. After countless calls to the warranty department we finally got a return authorization number that allowed her to get her money back on just the unit. She may not get her 3year protection fee back, but I am going to try applying for it.

Extremely overpriced. Extremely poor quality wood. Nothing is ever stocked, even when you check ahead of time online. People are however, friendly and helpful. No complaints about employees. It's just an awful company, that's out to gouge people out of every last dime.

I needed a new washing machine and went to Lowe's in Corbin, Ky. They were very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable about each washing machine and helped me decide on which one I wanted throughout their large selection of appliances. It was hands down the best purchase I've made all year! I highly recommend Lowe's to anyone who wants or needs any reliable appliances or actually if you need anything else that they carry!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never been treated like that in a Lowe's before. Standing in line at paint right behind who was being helpedThe sales lady said "I don't get overtime, I am only part-time. I am leaving after this." We thought it was a joke but the joke was on me.SHE TURNED AROUND AND LEFT! With a PAYING CUSTOMER STANDING THERE WAITING!Never again will I spend a dime here. EVER this was just now 9/9/23 at 6:20 ish in the evening

Lowes were out of stock on alot of their dishwashers, what I was shopping for. But I did find one at a good price. Very low on their stock of freezers, but did get one! The employer that helped me was very friendly, and didn't stop helping me until I found one! Thank you for saving me from that 🕷️ next to my foot!

The had deep freezes on sale I ordered 2 paid for them in full then after waiting till the sale was off they contact me and tell me they don't have the ones I wanted and paid for but they could sell me these others at a higher price

I recently visited the Lowe's store in Corbin, KY, and overall, I was able to find everything I needed. However, some issues detracted from the shopping experience. The unavailability of motorized or regular shopping carts was a big concern for me, as I recently had ACL surgery and couldn't shop comfortably. The store layout was also confusing, and the app was only somewhat helpful.The drywall mud was located in a very odd area in the farthest corner of the store near the lumber, which made it difficult to find. Additionally, the selection of paint colors could have been better, although I was satisfied with what was available. However, the electrical outlet section lacked many of the advertised color variations and mainly included basic switches and outlets. I was looking for higher-quality decorative plating and controls, but these were unavailable.One major issue was that Lowe's credit card balance did not show an exact date to pay the bill, which made us nervous as we didn't know if it was due after purchase or on a set day of the month.Another issue was that the management could not match a lower price for a recessed light fixture that was listed at the Lexington, KY, location earlier in the day. This was disappointing, but I understand that each store has its pricing policies.While I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the store and the fact that I could find what I needed, I was disappointed that the staff did not offer help when I needed it. Also, the store lacked some items that I was looking for. I plan on returning to this location and hope to have a better experience.Overall, I would give this Lowe's store in Corbin, KY, a 3-star rating. While the store has some issues to address, such as the lack of helpful staff, and the availability of certain items, I believe it has the potential to improve and become a better shopping destination for customers in the area.
