Nice selection but still doesn't have some of the better brand selections or was sold out before I got there! I'm not a big drinker anymore so when I do stop by it's once in a few years 😂😂😂. Friendly Employees that are helpful and patient. I'll be back in the near future!

Liquor Mart is our go-to place for spirits and Candles! The staff here is always helpful and are quick to offer dog treats when we have our Golden Retriever with us. Prices are more than fair. Have been buying from these guys since they were downtown Richmond and never disappointed.

First time shopper.. Even tho I pass by @ least 3 x's or more a week... But I kn that liquor mart just became my every time stop!!! Great employee's awesome attitudes made sure I got exactly what I was looking for which is hard to find. Plus went out of they're way making sure I had exactly what I needed before leaving! On a 1-10 LIQUOR MART is an 12 hands down!

Went in not knowing what I wanted. That long haired boy sold me on a mixed tequila drink and it was perfect. Cheap and all my friends loved it. I will be vack for ever holiday and birthday.

This is a nice liquor store, and they have all of the alcohol that you could ever want to buy. The only thing that I found oddly out of place was the fact that there rest room door looks like the entrance to a cooler! In fact, my friend walked right by it and didn't know that it was the place to go to relieve oneself. He was about to burst when he found it. I wouldn't sit down in there until they clean it. But all things considered, the prices seem very fair, and with the exception of the restroom issue, it's a good place to buy a beverage that you know you want.

I spent a lot of my over the years at Liquor Mart, sometimes I had to b put 2 dollars on one card and 2 dollars on another. They do not do that anymore because of the merchant fees. I was a business own for many years, and I know all about merchant fees. Visa is the worst. I also have a friend that owns a small hamburger joint. We both tried it both ways only accepting a minimum charge and then tried taking a charge card even if it was charge for only 0.50. We started losing customers with the minimum charge. And when we did the math we found we made more money or equal to, not requiring a minimum charge because we had more customers. Many of them becoming repeat and loyal customers. Because they knew we cared. We didn't throw any policy or red type or hardship on them than they already had like all of us. So don't give me this "cock and bull" about merchant charges, (oh poor me I have to spend money for my business) business is about customers not credit card companies. Plus they are higher priced than most in the area, and there beer is not even cold, it is just warm at best. They may be losing money and can't pay their overhead since they had to implement a minimum charge like the sand jockeys done the street. Even though Ernie's Liquors in south Corbin by the arena is farther for me to drive, they have the same philosophy as me and my friend. Take care of the customers not the credit card companies and you will make more money or it will equal out - we did the math both ways. Go to any shop run by people from the middle east and you have a minimum credit card charge. Ernie's Liquors on the other hand will also match a lower price if you can get it cheaper somewhere else and merchants fees are their problem not the customers it is a part of doing good business. Don't put off your lack of initiative on customers. I will never buy anything there again, warm beer, high prices, merchant fees - forget it. I am going in to talk to the owner of liquor mart tomorrow or at least get their hours. I am taking a copy of this review to him and to at the very least explain politely this point of view. Who knows maybe I'll give them a second thought. I bought I lot of liquor there and made them money. In the meantime I am going to Ernie's by Applebees and the Arena where the beer is very cold, there is price matching, and no merchant fee's. Buy something for a dollar and they won't say you can't buy it unless you buy more stuff or you will have to be charged extra to cover their cost of doing business.

Stop by to buy some vodka and some bourbon ...pickup Lexington bourbon the tag on the Shelf said it was $29.99... however when they rang it up came out to $35.99... when we pointed out that the tag on the Shelf was different from what they were ringing up on the register he. ( supposedly the manager) indicated that he could not sell it for $29.99 because they would lose money.... when I asked to speak to the manager... the fellow I was speaking to said he was the manager and that he would not sell it to me for what they were listing the bourbon for on the shelf.... so you say it's $29.99 but you're going to charge $35.99.... unreal... what a rip-off how many people would not even question what rang up on the register when if it differed from what was on the Shelf pricing... these people are nothing but ripoff artists.... I suspect if you walk thru this store there's a number of these items that are priced one way and they charge another ...I will never go there and I suggest you not go there either.... go somewhere else that's honest

So ive wore this place out this year.numerous trips a week.wull say the staff is always friendly and helpful.i have read the ling review from the guy talking about minimum purchases and all he has to say. Makes me wonder if i need to be shopping elsewere because in any small town customers should be priority not credit card company or anything else.well see

I sent a friend with a note specifying what I wanted. They gave me wrong brand and silver instead of dark rum,,more expensive "of course ". When I called they said wasn't their problem. They have become very rude and disrespectful n. Now I just got a call back saying they would try make it up but I was the one rude. I'll go other end of town from now on
