The staff has always been friendly. The butcher saw me looking around and asked what I was looking for. When I told him, he said he had some in the back he was just getting ready to put on the cooler shelves. Karen is always over-the-top happy to see me and my fiancée. She always gives us a warm greeting and makes us feel like valued guests. Add to the store experience all of the personalized coupons and discounts and people can see why this is my favorite grocery store!

they dont restock the things that are on sale i understand first come first serve but if its on sale and the shelf is bare and they have more to stock with they should put more on the shelves !!!

Kroger is wonderful, checkout is fast and nice and bag groceries right and never have something broke lost or damaged. I can find everything I can use coupons, sales and my card also save money at Kroger

I love, love, love their click and pick. The guys that bring your groceries are friendly and explain if there are items that were out of stock and substitutions were made or were unable to fill. They are careful when loading your groceries into your vehicle, because who likes squished bread or broke eggs, and are very polite and have always wished me a nice day when completed. I have to say it has been great service the MANY times I have used them.

There's good and bad at the store. Dora at check out couldn't be more amazing. She fast and friendly. She gets you out the door quickly while being a sweetheart. On the other hand, you have the total opposite at the deli. We stood there for 5 minutes trying to get someone to wait on us while we could hear them in the back. My husband called back and asked if it was open. Still Nothing. A few minutes later he yelled hello... finally an older lady with the name tag Zoe came out with a nasty attitude saying "did you need something?" My husband said yes can I please get the corned beef that's on sale for $7.99. She pulled one out and said it's $11.99. He then told her that that wasn't the correct one. There was a sign to right of it and the sign said $7.99. She started arguing with him and came around the case to look. She said that's roast beef sitting there. He said yes I understand but the sign said you have corned beef for $7.99. If you don't have it, that's fine but there's no need to be that rude. She went back and threw the $11.99 corned beef on there and said it's fine. I'll give it to you for $7.99. Once she was done cutting it, she threw it on the counter and rudely asked if he needed anything else. I will never use that deli again

Great grocery store. Has better deals then anywhere in barbourville or Corbin. I choose to shop here over other grocery stores due to the bigger selection, better prices and all around better store.

I gave a 5 Star bc they deserve it! I love this kroger and the employees are always nice and helpful!!This review is mainly for how well they are doing through the pandemic. I shop often and they have been short staffed for a while now. But, they all somehow manage to stay focused and assist others as fast as they can!! Then you have those that stock the shelves, doing a great job and although there may be empty spots in places I also understand that one person can only do so much!! Keep up all the great work you all do for your customers!

We were there Sunday afternoon and it was crowded. I went in the bathroom and it was filthy! The handicap restroom commode was out of order, the others were "stained" the floor was wet and not from mopping, and toilet paper was in the floor. I should have taken a picture but didn't. There were 2 registers open with long lines waiting, finally the cust srve desk opened a register! All the customers waiting in line had large amounts of groceries and couldn't use self checkout. Definitely needed more help!!!!!

Customer service is bad in this store. Every time I'm there if I ask an employee or a manager to look and see if an item is in the back. I'm told, the truck has been put out we don't look for anything, if it's not out here we don't have it. All the managers including the store manager have the same attitude with the same answer. Human error does happen, they could at least look. They are never anyone at the customer service desk. Every time you call, the phone rings and rings and rings. Check-out lines are always backed up into the aisles!

If you want convenience of parking or getting into the gas station do not do it here. If you want customer service for any thing at all do not do it here. If you want deli products don't even bother with asking if they have it because 9 times out of 10 they won't. As for fresh doughnuts don't waste your time. These are with out a doubt the slowest people I have ever seen work retail in my life.

Great selection. Would've liked to see a few more brand choices in the deli. Good parking with easy access on & off main road. Family Dollar next door is convenient.

The savings, the deals, the cleanness of the stores, the fact that it always stocked well, and the best part is the employees they r always nice, eager to help if u need it and friendly... ur employees make this store Kroger's me...U should reward them

Between the discounts, fuel points, and wonderful staff, I never shop anywhere else for groceries. We live drive 2-ish hours just to get to the Richmond, KY Kroger because it's the best we've been to. Always the best prices and deals.

I come here because it’s closest to my house. But have an issue with customer service every single time. It’s the absolute worst, and has pushed me to going on down the road to Walmart. Used self checkout today. At about 1040 when I used self checkout, I pressed the call assistance button, the woman working self checkouts immediately cleared it out from the podium and went back to talking to other employees. Last time I’ll shop at Kroger

Customer service through checkout was terrible today. Pharmacy staff was very nice. Otherwise Kroger is my favorite go-to store sales and discounts are great. Definitely need to work on cashier's.

Love Kroger! It's convenient and I always get in and out fast. The prices are very reasonable and the rewards card program is awesome (especially when it comes to saving on fuel!) The employees are extremely friendly and helpful.

We were in and out,today but there were no handed cap parking spot open. And no ride chairs they need more for handicap people. But the worker were very helpful.

I love to shop at Kroger's for bargains and a lot of choices. You usually get what you go in for. Their workers are very polite and nice. You don't have to wait and they have great gas prices.

I do 90% of my shopping on Sunday mornings due to my busy work schedule. They always have 1 cashier & if you're lucky "maybe" a bagger. Usually the cashier is NANCY who is so unbelievably rude & self absorbed talking about her personal life to whomever else is working instead of being nice to her customer. Next Sunday if my only option is to checkout by going through Nancys line, I will leave my shopping cart full of stuff & walk out!

They sold beer to my underage child , its all on camera. I have called corporate and I haven't received a call back and that was almost a month ago! The employee who swiped her ID card to allow my daughter to purchase beer was not fired and nothing is being done . Nice job Kroger!

I like this Kroger its clean, staff is alright, I believe on things I buy r cheaper at Walmart another thing I love is Snapple ( fruit punch) never have it barely have any Snapple. But meat & eggs r definitely better here than any other place

The cashier Elayna was rude and would not let me enter my Kroger card I'D information. She said I received the discount on the sale items I purchased. I questioned Elayna and her response was you received your discount "look at your sales receipt. After coming home and checking my receipt. I did not receive the sale discounts. As a dedicated Kroger customer I did not receive my sales discount.
