Really disappointed upon entering JCPenney!! Bare wall, bare shelves and bare clothing racks! Wondering if they are not replenishing stock for some reason. Don't plan on finding anything in particular if you go to this store... no stock!!

I just got my boots from the buy one get 2 pairs free. They are perfect and the fit are just what I had hoped. I brought my daughter from FL here to get her birthday and Christmas clothes a few weeks ago. She was amazed at what she got and what we saved using my card and coupons. It definitely pays being a JC Penny card member.

Found really great deals today, saved over 40.00 on my purchases. There sale signs need to be more clear on how it works. It started 50% off but didn’t say when you buy one get the second for 50% off.

Did a wonderful job on my son's hair cut and for only $12. Also got a pair of jeans that had been $48 for $16, a mine craft tee for my son for $8.99 and a baby blue Henley for my son for $5.60. Great door Buster's and BIG SALES, DISCOUNT COUPONS NOW AT JCP!!

Had a 5 star years ago, but this place has gone down hill. I stood forever at the Jewelry counter waiting for help. Passed many people that worked there. Also, not very pleased being told to go to many different registers instead of doing my whole transaction together (purchase and return). It’s all new people that have no idea what they are doing and will not even look at you. Been a loyal customer for years, but not anymore. I’ll take my business to Belk

Store is pricey, but we found a sale on Women's summer t shirts that my wife bought. Looking through the Kitchen wares section items on shelf against the wall were covered in dust. My wife enjoyed visiting the Cosmetics department and said sales girls were nice to her and gave her a sample perfume.

I hate to say that JCPenney's has went way downhill in the last several years, But the truth is the truth. The selection is terrible. The pricing is not even where it should be in comparison to competition that offers much higher quality and way way way more selection. JCPenney is a name that has been known for decades... They need to step up their game and get back on track with what they WERE known for... Not what they're being known as now. I was so disappointed recently when I spent over an hour in there just trying to find one item for one of the six of us in my family. I wasn't able to find one of us anything. They had an opportunity to find something that six of us could wear to a family members funeral. Out of six of us, One would think they would be able to have something for, at the VERY least, one of us. BUT, THEY DIDN'T. Very disappointing and a waste of time. This was leads me to think I won't be wasting any more time in there in the future.

JCPenney will have good deals. They also have a large selection of items. The organizing of items is poor. They seem to have plenty of good deals, but items are scattered. This makes it difficult to match your item with the correct discount. Your going to need patience while shopping here.

I thought this place went out of business but its open.. super clean only friendly when the workers think you have money every one else is just a burden to them. I'm very disappointed to see this place still around.. nothing like a snobby retail store..

When My sister and I went in, to get our children's hair cut, she came out and was very rude and short about she was the only one there and she couldn’t do it. Never said she was sorry or anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could I wouldn’t even leave 1 star I’d leave a zero!

This is a nice store although I don't like how there are no longer department check out areas. Also the hair salon is always a disappointing experience. Hair stylists do not listen and do not ever remember you and your preferences for type of cut and color. I have been there 4 or 5 times. Too many chances for hair stylist to get it right so never again!

The jewelry counter, was busy of course with Christmas shopping in full swing. But the ring displays were worn out, rough looking not what I would’ve expected from a big chain store. But the little lady at the counter helped get my purchase so that’s all I’m concerned about.

I am really disappointed every time I go in there because they have such a limited selection of big and tall sizes for men. I usually end up driving to Somerset or Richmond to find dress shirts for my husband. It's ridiculous really because look around, we have lots and lots of big and tall men around the area.

Finally got some new clothes & shoes, sale was so good I saved 81. I love saving money! Everyone had mask on & they was busy but ppl still was able to distance. Staff was nice & very helpful.

Workers very friendly and helpful. However when I went to exchange my items and repurchase it was a nightmare. The cashier was clueless on what to do and would not let me use my coupon. I finally had to make it real simple to them. Refund my money and I will walk away and then come back and purchase it. 30 minutes to exchange 4 items and buy five items.

It's Penny's. SOS...same old stuff..never changes..and they're pricing themselves out of business. A now struggling company in new times sadly. Nice store as always, great selection, if you have a white collar wallet. The sales are nice. You can catch a bargain now and again.

They always have super great clearances. I spent $104 and my total discounts were $435!!!! Just make sure to watch what items ring up. Sometimes they don't ring up correctly.
