Store was cluttered and stock was in boxes on the floor and in bins. Sally was mopping, trying to help the other cashier with a frozen register and was working super hard to be in two places at once. Sally was super sweet and rang me up quick. Dollar General needs more employees like Sally.

Average Dollar store they are clean & have everything u need. Staff is always nice and friendly. I like the selection of Snapple & cat food at this 1 , They do have a divider in better customer & staff so they r doing good with COVID measures. I would recommend this store to anyone

I love to shop at this store because the manager is so nice to his employees and customers. He's always got a smile on his face and you can tell he really loves his job. He makes sure his customers find everything they need. All of the employees are very nice and helpful. They always go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. To store is always well stocked and clean too!

This store and it's management is pathetic. The shelves are always half stocked or empty of what you are needing. Most of the staff are rude to customers; never acknowledge The needs of the customer nor make an effort. The staff is even more surprised if you ask if something you need is in stock. It was a wonderful experience coming to this close to home dollar store. I tried to contact the owners around 8 months ago. The store told me they weren't to give out any information. So I came back the next day to the same rude woman and tried to submit a resume for manager to re-right this misdirected ship.. She told me there was no hiring, although there was was a sign on the door "now hiring". I hope the owner cares enough to read this and contacts me. I could almost double your sales. with minimal changes of this defaulting store.Sincerely,L.T.

These stores are great...if you go to Walmart and forget something like cat food or dogfood or maybe something to snack on....you can get it at the dollar store...they have a small selection of clothes too for adults and kids...they have toys...things for the kitchen and also for the bathroom...you can even get some electronic things here also..they have a small selection of videos also....and other things I haven't mentioned...,and there everywhere ..Walmarts are a pain to go to most times....takes for ever to go through the line at cash register if you don't have a card you can't self check out at Walmart with cash gotta use a card if you don't have a card you half to go to a regular line and wait sometimes a good while. But you can use your card or cash at dollar store at the same register

Dollar General is really stepping it up in the Toy department... I found L.O.L. Surprise 7 surprises inside balls for $10.00I always purchase snacks & all cleaning supplies there. They have a frozen foods section & dairy.Great place to get occasion cards & small gifts.

Love love love this store..great online coupons and they have all sorts of decorative items..health and beauty depth is getting bigger n offering more of a selection...seasonal items are always great n they offer a lot of crafting supplies...the only store I really take time to stop in n look around cause u never know what u will find

Friendly and very helpful staff. Decent selections of products including grocery items. The only downside is that there is always just one register open so it takes a while to get out of the store.

Convenience. Usually have all the cleaning supplies that I need and cheaper than most stores. And my grandchildren dont break me up in the toy aisle. Everyone shops at the Dollar store 👍

This DG is OK I suppose. I'm sorry but the truth is that they're constantly out of popular items and the clothing is mostly sized XL to 3XL and I feel like that's bs that comes from corporate and statistical analysis of the obesity epidemic in the state of KY but it's not fair, I don't wear those sizes and I can go 10-12 miles up 119 and get my sizes at the next DG location anytime. They also have the coffee and creamer I buy frequently so I can't give anything more than just a 3* review. The aisles at this location are also constantly blocked by the huge wheeled pallets that aren't being put away quickly and efficiently by the poorly staffed operation. I have also applied several times to work here in hopes that they'd have some help to no avail! Yet every time I go back up there they have a new employee who is bitchin' and then quits after a few days! Go figure:(

Store was so cluttered with boxes you couldn't get through the isles, and nothing was stocked. Then, I had to wait forever to check out, since the line extended way into an isle and was moving very slow.

great convenient location,,,a dollar general is very well needed on hwy 102 in the Mt. Victory area area also known as The Rattlesnake ...The local store bruned there and the locals have only 192 mkt well on in closer to somerset on hwy 192 also, 192 mkt is only 3-5 mile from somerset...by the time u drive there u may as well go on into somerset....The locals need Dollar Store in Mt Victory on hwy 192 ,,,thank you

There was a customer that was causing a small scene and if I had been the one checking him out it would have been bad but the I'm not and the lady who was was able to keep calm and did her job and did the job calmly and professionally

This is the second time i have stoped here i was here around a week ago an my friend wanted to use bathroom and was told plumbing was messed up...same thing my friend was told this time too...plumbing is messed up....i don't know if the worker is just saying that because she don't want to clean the bathroom or if dollar store don't care enough to fix bathroom so its customers can use the bathroom...come on...get the bathroom prob took care of here..for a store that's supposed to be growing it seems odd to me that they let a bathroom stay closed down so when a customer needs to use bathroom they cant....come on fix this prob ASAP ill go back and see if they take care of it soon

No dollar general manager gets to order their inventory, everything is order by the main company that has no ideal what the people is buying the most of, this is really a stupid ideal when a store can't do their own inventory and order what they needy that's why people is backing off of shopping at Dollar general
