This dollar store is always busy. They are out of stock of various items all the time. Can't say due to lack of workers or just busy. Fairly clean store. Employees could be just little more friendlier.

This dollar store has been ran into the ground. No one is ever working. They're always unavailable with lines of people waiting for help. And their registered never work like their supposed to. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!

Maria, the store manager, is very rude and treats customers with disrespect when it suits her. She has berates her younger employees in front of customers as well. It all seemed very demeaning and humiliating. Hope this is addressed by upper management. That store looks awful, and her service was even worse.

There is no reason to return to this store as a customer.. When some one is made a victim in that parking lot by some one else that isn't a customer, Dollars General workers shouldn't laugh after the paying customer enters. If the Dollar General workers thought being made a victim was funny.I say when it happens even worse I KNEW...AND THAT'S WHY I WONT BE RETURNING TO THAT DOLLAR GENERAL.and I told corporate for Dollar General.I said they should offer security footage to the possible victims or admit they allowed crimes to happen at that Dollar General and hid security footage..Worse Dollar General ever...I have never left such a horrible review for any on GoogleWorst ever experienceI have spent Hundreds of cash at this store since it has opened up, I don't live around this store. I have never used EBT at this store I DON'T HAVE EBT..that is the problem that I know That Those workers care less about those with EBT.THEN THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE OPENED UP IN THAT AREA..there is plenty of bussiness for Dollar General at that location.This bussiness needs this reviewand needs to rethink hiding security footage before a worse victim is made in the future..It is a location close to organizations that help those recovering from drugs and hard financial times. there are all sorts that will scream belligerent like or intoxicated like at customers..THEY NEED TO LAUGH

i’ve gotta say this is the worst customer service i think i have EVER experienced. All i wanted to know was how to get a digital coupon i asked 4 times how to get a digital coupon price and where to find the digital coupon and every time i asked she gave me the same response. it’s a digital coupon. Ok i understand that. I’m unable to find it on the app could you elaborate. They have no regard for the customer and don’t know how to be friendly. There’s about 100 other dollar generals i’d stay away from this one

Employess, with the exception of the guy that works there are all rude. And not just once but the older lady os very rude everytime i go. So, I will drive a little further to avoid this store from now on. Who needs that? Not me.
