Big lots is ok to shop at. It's a discount store but I don't see much discount in those prices. I'll keep going though.

My daughter and I stopped in unexpectedly for a car phone charger and a potty break on our way home from taking her to an appointment. This store is enormous compared to the one in our hometown. This store is clean and fully stocked. I wish we had the time to look around more than we did, but was impressed and will make effort to stop in and shop soon. Nice store!

Told an employee that I wanted to buy a chair. Waited by the chair that I wanted to buy for at least 45 minutes. No employees came near me. Decided to leave. Passed the employee I had talked to and saw him literally turn around and walk the other way when he saw me. Worst shopping experience ever. Big lots doesn’t care. And me not going anymore won’t affect them in the slightest. But maybe my comment will result in them training their staff to encourage sales instead of avoiding them.

I was extremely surprised at the prices being so high at big lots. It use to be a place you could get a nice area rug for 20.00 but now the prices are higher then the dollar general store. The people and service was good but the prices for a big lots has risen.

I miss the deals and closeouts. But do like that the employees are very helpful. There is a Lady named Ann that is pretty friendly. My wife and myself like for her to be our cashier. Larry or Gary. I forgot his name, in furniture is somewhat of a smart mouth. But I am as well, so I am ok with that. Overall they are well stocked . Also have convenient store hours.

Amazing store! Though it does not have very low prices, it has plenty of toys, furniture, and plenty more wonderful items. I highly recommend shopping there.

Where do I start? Customers without masks, customers wearing masks as chin guards, two very slow moving checkout registers for 25 people in line, no social distancing in line with everyone one or two feet apart, products with no pricing on them... it was an absolute mess.

I like the new look to the store...but really miss the variety the old store had. Seems the prices have gone up. I do have to say they have some AWESOME outdoor and patio stuff. Home decor stuff that is gorgeous.

Larry, very rude. spent over 400$ and wouldn’t even help us load. was very rude to lady in line behind us saying he ‘couldn’t help her bc we were there’ very rudely told us he didn’t have what we wanted. we finally decided on a fire place that they did have in stock and he complained about how it was on the bottom of the pallet. 0/10 recommend larry’s service. NEEDS REPLACED!!!!!!

There was only one worker in the store that I seen with a long line in the front, she was working hard and very nice and friendly but seemed overwhelmed. The store needs to hire more people or people who will do there job like the lady in the front today.

Love Big Lots..you can always find something new...the have decor items...pictures..candles..wreaths..rugs..n wonderful items for the yard...furniture..heath n beauty is not the best..but I love all the home trend items..great place to get a laundry basket n redo the theme of the bathroom at the same time...

Disorganized and hard to find what you need. Becoming more and more like Walmart than what even the name of the store implies as they are producing and selling their own products now, not the odd lots of merchandise that made the store famous to begin with ..
