Although I love to check out the sales, I have been embarrassed after taking company into the store. The carpet looks like it has been completely neglected. Stains and garbage on the floors, does anyone vacuum or run a carpet cleaner? Also, everything is crammed in overload! It seems as if some corporate pencil pusher is trying to make their own numbers look good by sending mass amounts of stock at a much higher MSRP. Then they still can't sell it at 30% 40% 50% off and it goes to the way too much still left areas that you can barely squeeze through and the clothing is so overcrowded that you can't slide clothes back to look at them. And what happened to organizing by size?? You all at corporate need to let the store manager order as they know better what the area will buy.

Took my wife to get some body fragrance items, didn't have what she wanted, so she brought something else, to get a "free gift" with purchase. Sales clerk was a bit cold and dry. We didn't have our Belk credit card with us, and salesperson didn't offer to look up our account and charge it. We felt very unwelcomed. Return visit and shopping trip early November. Store is beautifully decorated for Christmas 🎄🎄🎄👍👍👍😁😁😁. Found good bargins for early Christmas shopping🎄🎁

My recent shopping experience at the Belk Department Store in Corbin, KY, left me with mixed feelings, particularly when it comes to the men's clothing selection. Additionally, offering occasional promotions or discounts could make the store more attractive and competitive in the local market.In conclusion, while the Belk Department Store in Corbin, KY, offers a shopping experience that has its merits, there is undoubtedly room for improvement in the men's clothing department. Always smells amazing, a nice clean environment friendly staff. My an my kids favorite was the donation day when they had the Knox Whitley animal shelter adopt a dog, it was the sweetest thing.

A nice variety of quality clothing, shoes and fragrances for men & women. Always great sale prices. Convenient, easy access, located in a shopping center. Staff can be a little hard to fund if you need assistance, but once I found someone to help with what I needed. They were very nice and willing to assist me

Out of all the big and tall shirts in the area this was the last place that had the shirt I need it the other places didn't have squat, although their selection is very limited as well. Side note though, they do carry a nice selection of used car salesman jackets if you're looking for a gift for that special someone named Herb

What amazed me about this store, is how inaccessible the merchandise is arranged. As the attached picture will show, clothing is hung out on racks high out of reach...unless customers have a tall ladder or s sales associate willing to reach thehigh stuff (unfortunately, sales folks seem to be in short supply!). As someone who once worked in clothing retail, I fault the store management. Otherwise, the store merchandise is generally of good quality and worth the stop.

This is an amazing store with a friendly staff and management. JoAnna, Kristen, and Sharee were delightful helping me select makeup. Charolette was a jewel with her brand advice. Ken and Vincent, managers, are always friendly and full of life.

Checking out was a pleasant experience but when I had to return the item I stopped at the perfume station and both girls informed me I needed to take the return to women's dept. Even though they were not busy. The woman working in the women's dept called the manager to come down and they took care of me right away and apologized for me having to wait and that I had to walk a further distance. I would recommend Belks to anyone except for the awful assistance I received at the perfume counter.

Not sure if the guy that helped me with 5-10 mins before closing was a manager there or not, but he sure was beyond helpful and helped me obtain my online order for shoes. He didn't have to go the extra mile but he did, and for that...to me that was beyond awesome 👍Thank you for going above and beyond to help your customers!I appreciate you!

I love the merchandise but too much in the floor and no place to hang them. The lack of service is always annoying. It's about impossible to get waited on or checked out.

Staff turned a simple return/exchange with a receipt into a 20 minute ordeal involving 2 staff members. Neither had a clue how to complete the task. Maybe I should have reworded "Hey I wanted to exchange these for the right size, y'all don't have them, my wife already looked. I'll just use the store credit towards these other shoes I'm buying in the correct size for my daughter. Here's my receipt."

Almost identical to Kohls. There sale ads suggest you are getting 2 free for everyone one 1 item you buy, however 50 bucks later 😉 you realize it wasn't that nice of a sale. Store was clean organized also associates are nice and professional. Overall good service.

Unfortunately the men's section has became hardly existent. I visited searching a black polo remembering Belk having a more, "Posh" variety for the area. But nah, my visit this go around was pretty nil. They do seem to be expanding on home goods and more feminine options, so if that talks to you, give em a visit.

I was so disappointed in the cleanliness of this store. I loved Belk so much in my teens and 20's. People need to take more pride in their job/work environment. I almost asked them if I could vacuum while I was there because I was so embarrassed at how bad the carpeted floors looked. The ladies restroom is in dire need of an upgrade and they were out of hand soap. I wish I had taken pictures.

Always has great stuff for a great price. I'm a tall guy which makes it REALLY HARD to find jeans that I like but I can always find something here. They also have fantastic Kentucky Wildcats items that rival wildcat wearhouse for brand and price. Love this place.. fantastic staff as well

My experience at the Estée Lauder counter was very enjoyable. The sales ladies were so nice. They didn’t have the shade of my foundation a d that’s the only reason I didn’t purchase from them. The plus sizes seem to be geared towards ladies 50+ young people are fat to y’all lol I am not a fan of the home goods being across the parking lot in another location. Overall a great place to get your name brand clothing.

Belk's is a nice clothing department. Other items such as perfume, jewelry, shoes, etc. Are available. It is a very large building, so expect to do some walking. Finding your size can be difficult at best. When time to check out the lines are slow, mostly due from worker shortage. I hope you enjoy your experience at Belk.

Stopped by Belk to use Rewards money. Almost everything on sale. Love a good deal! Sales staff very courteous and helpful. NUMEROUS CLEARANCE racks of winter clothes!!! Best time to shop!!!
