Went into tractor supply, ask for help to get a few things for my dogs medicine. A work named Cody assisted me. I had the worst experience with him. Not only did he size me up before even talking to to me he asked me way to many questions than after I answered his gd questions witch where not needed cause I told him exactly what I needed. He stated my question were vague. Made me feel so uncomfortable will not go back.

I love tractor supply. All the employees are nice and friendly and they don't care but to help when I buy dog food. They put it in my cart and when I check out they load it in my vechile. Highly recommend going to tractor supply

For actual tractor parts, farm supplies, pumps and trailer equipment Tractor Supply is the best priced local store with great online ordering. Be careful of any other merchandise as the prices are on the high side compared to Lowe’ and Walmart. Some good sale items. The clearance isle is on the far back right wall, pretty sharp discounts. My favorite isle is the bolts, nuts, washers and lag screws by the pound section. Deals to be had here compared to anywhere else. The staff is way friendly and very helpful always. I took off a star because the parking lot is sometimes overrun with many loitering vehicles and folk congregating under circumstances having nothing to do with shopping at Tractor Supply. Not the stores fault for sure but it’s just weird seeing so many people standing around their vehicles parked and congregating. I felt I should lock my truck which I don’t usually feel I need to anywhere around here.

Absolutely an excellent experience! The assistance that was given to me was fantastic. Bob, in the service department , was such a great help. He really knows how to work with the public and did not care to put in the elbow grease to get a job done that was very much needed. EDIT: After serious debate I decided to call. Not sure what they could do but it is my local TSC. I was slightly confused who to call since there was no name given. I sat on hold with a general customer solutions center for 16 minutes before giving up, no answer. Again no resolution. I will be getting my fence this weekend elsewhere.We just left our local TSC very disappointed! My husband wanted a garden cart but we weren't sure if it would fit in our SUV so we asked for assistance. While we were outside we wanted to look at the fence posts and discuss cattle panels. According to the website the only available panels were in. Glasgow but I wanted to keep our business local so thought I would attempt an order. We asked the person at the front, she seemed irritated to have to call someone, while calling someone I overheard her apologizing for bothering them. Aren't you in the business of customer service? Several people came in after we requested help that were getting help while we stood there twiddling our thumbs. At one point she looked over her shoulder, mumbled something and the customer in front of her looked at her then us. I tried to flag down several associates but to no avail. I finally stood in line, the person at the next register said I can help you over here. I explained what I needed. He then just put his head down and started spinning his beard. I said if no one wants to help we can go to Glasgow. He said, "I want to help but..." there are no buts in customer service! We walked out and you lost a customer. We literally would have spent at least $200 today then another $600 on the fencing material. I do hope Glasgow will be better.

Be careful.Thieves walk this store.My son is 8 years old and was shopping for a cat watering bowl he sets his wallet on the shelf while talking with his mom and within a few minutes someone stole it, didn't leave the ID or wallet. Stole $50 or more from a child. Happened very fast, I think someone watched him set it down and grabbed it.Be on your guard, don't leave any personal items unattended or leave vehicle unattended.

This place has all your supply needs for your lawn mowers. We found everything we needed and more. Go look and find what your heart desires. Also they have the cutest chick's and ducks there too.:))) I give them all thumbs up:))

The are very good about having items in stock. I like the online ordering w in store pickup, it's ready when I get there and I can pay when I order. The associates are all friendly and they dont mind me taking in my puppy with me. We visit here alot!

Love this place the workers are always helpful and nice. My fiance and I always get our baby chicks and ducks here as well as buying feed for our animals and clothing for ourselves. Great place for us to shop♡♡

TSC is one of my favorite shopping places! I get all my bird feed here year round. I always get my lawn treatment chemicals here too. I love the way they have added home decor\garden items in their stores! If you are into farm house decor you'll enjoy taking a look here. My husband drives a semi and we buy our oil here too.

Good store, but not the best price or selection of tools. I needed bolts, which they always have a good selection of, but finding bits left me with only 1 choice and twice the price of another store.

Bought a windmill It did not have all the parts. I called to let them know and see if they still had the missing parts. Went back to get the parts I received wrong parts again. I called again maybe will now get the right parts. So make sure you check your stuff before you leave. For the parts I got today will be someone's missing parts..

Gotten 2 new IR compressors from here, one 60 gal and one 80. The motor went out on my 80 gallon 13 months after I got it, took the recipe back but nothing they can do for it.

More staff need to ensure customers needs are being met along with correct information and price attached to products. But all in all they have a variety of products everything that a hardware store should have to a farm store.
