My Lilly needed a CT due to some blood work abnormality. Coffey Vet Center was highly recommended by my Vet. Everyone was nice and caring and very helpful. I was preparing for my knee replacement and worked with me for pickup and payment over the phone. They were so nice and helpful.

I am new to the area and since I've been here they have did surgery on one of my dogs and we awesome and had to put another one to sleep due to old age and they are always so sweet and caring. Dr. Coffey and staff are amazing.

Took my cat spot spot in because he was sick and call them that night and they said he was doing better the next morning they called me and said he was dead went to pick him up and Mrs coffee told us that we didn't own them anything now I have a bill for 121 dollars never going back there

A wonderful place!! Took my Bichon Mason for hernia surgery. Although I had to leave him longer then expected, which was rough, they done a excellent job taking care of him. We picked him up today and he was doing great and they had bathed him and all. I would definitely recommend Dr. Coffey and her staff. If I ever have to have a vet again I will definitely go here. Thanks to all for a great first time experience!!

The price was way more affordable the the animal hospital. My cat didn't make it she passed away. The only bad thing I have to say is knowone told me anything or kept me posted like they said they would. So from Saturday morning until today which is when I was contacted to say she didn't make it. And it's Tuesday. Do better with letting the family know about their fur babies because it matters.

We boarded our dogs here 4 days and they came home with HUGE fleas. They have never had fleas and they’re taking time to get rid of! They’ve been no where else. I called and went to them politely asking for refund or even a flea pill on them for the trouble.. they refused both even when I advised how big they were. Many who board there will be disappointed. I am not one to rant, but when you run a business you make up for inconveniences and right what is wrong.

They seem nice, never had a problem with them! BUT, $26.50 for only a nail trim is a little bit ridiculous. Like literally all ONE dog got was a nail trim & it’s cost me $26.50.

I called this office to move my services from Somerset and was definitely disappointed. The person I spoke with was very rushed and not friendly at all. It felt as though she did not have time to answer the questions I had. I can only assume that the staff are overloaded and don't feel like they have the time to spend with a customer wanting to change locations and ask questions about the services they offer. Luckily, because of the curt and unfriendly attitude I found a practice in Russell Springs that was more than happy to talk with me and discuss my pet's needs. Cumberland Animal Hospital will receive my business instead of this practice.

I really want to thank Dr. Coffey and her staff. We are going thru a long legal battle over our dogs where one of them ended up being shot. Dr coffey saved his life, and was very considerate, and very generous with the veterinary charges. It has been 1 week today that she has had him in her care and.....idk what to say, she has done amazing for our dog. I also want to add, that the young man working for Dr coffey, from the beginning was awesome with the way he handled our injured family member

They spayed my kitten and she is recovering well so far. My reason for four stars is the smell. It was overwhelming and my nostrils were burning. I've had alot of pets and vet visits and never smelled a vets office that bad.

Very friendly, nice, knowledgeable and loved my Pit/Lab mix. I'm sure I will be returning as my boy is getting up there in years! Allow walk-ins but will be charged an emergency visit fee. Thank you for being so kind to my boy!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! IT WAS ONE OF THE WORSE DAYS OF MY LIFE AND EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND REALLY CARED ABOUT MY DOGS WELL BEING. THEY SAVED HIS LIFE. HE HAD BEEN SHOT 2XS. ONCE IN THE NECK AND ONCE IN THE LEG AND HE WAS BARELY HANGIN ON. LESS THAN A WEEK LATER RUNNING AND PLAYING AS IF IT NEVER HAPPENED! WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE WITH A PET. IF YOU TRULY LOVE YOUR ANIMALS TAKE THEM HERE! IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS I WOULD!

I traveled from Connecticut to Kentucky to pick up 5 pups unfortunately 2 of the puppies were extremely sick. I called Dr. Coffeys vet center and they told me to bring the sick pups right in. They did everything they could to save the 2 pups. they didn't make it. I was heartbroken but I had to concentrate on the other 3 pups. Dr. Coffey stayed open later while I got the 3 other pups. She checked them all out....such a fine caring office. I wish I lived closer. Bethany , who was my liaison while the pups were in their hospital. She was amazing at keeping me posted and had the worse job of telling me the pups had passed. I highly recommend this office with all your pets needs. FYI....the other 3 pups are doing amazing and are at their forever homes

Took dog on 1/10/23 for loss of appetite, and some skin anomaly to be removed if warranted. Supposedly performed x ray and all was ok internally. I was concerned about cancer. They performed surgery on skin issues, assured me all ok on the inside. 1/25/23took dog to another vet ,as appetite issue was worse. After 3 minute physical exam she stated there was definitely a tumor in stomach area ,performed an x-ray to reveal a tennis ball sized tumor in the colon,/kidney area. I feel coffeys was just after the money , did not even perform said xray.i am putting down a dog that hasn't even got hair back over surgery area.

Dr. Coffey and her staff are the best! My landlord found a lost Walker Hound puppy living alone in a log when he was on a walk one day. He couldn't keep her because he has two older dogs who don't like the puppy so he gave her to me, I didn't have any other animals. He recommended Dr. Coffey and I'm so glad he did. The entire clinic took the best and most loving care of me new puppy. They are patient and kind and truly know what they are doing. As long as I live in this area this is my Mary Jane's doctor!!!!!

Prices are great. Dr. Coffey seems sincerely interested in the health of your pet. The front staff was very friendly. Dr. Coffey is professional, but could learn to be more friendly... smile. She's not rude... just not super friendly.

Life savers....just as we are placed on quarantine with family having covid we have a emergency with a ferret. So wonderful taking my sick baby and keeping me informed on him and working with me on getting others to drop him off and picking him up. He had ate something he shouldn't have. Staff always friendly and I still haven't meet them in person yet!
