The short of it: Tin Woof is owned by greedy shameless people that care nothing of customer service or animal care. The Morehead TWI is embarrassing. There have been cases of disease, carelessness, and terrible customer service at their facility.The long story: I was a very loyal customer of Tin Woof Inn from 2021-2024. My dog attending daycare there every single week for 2.5 years and I boarded her countless times.TWI Morehead decided to fire both their manager and their longest tenured kennel employee with no notice and no reasoning offered. I refuse to support a business that treats their employees in this way. If you treat your human employees this way I can only imagine how you would treat an animal. After their terminating they hired almost an entirely brand new staff. I do not trust these new staff members to understand the care and temperament of the animals now in their care.TWI owners then blocked me on facebook after expressing my concerns regarding a self admitted "fairly serious upper respiratory infection" that was rampant in their Morehead facility with NO notification to clients (yes, they admitted this on their Facebook page feel free to take a look.)After blocking me they then charged me a no-show for my daycare and refuse to refund. Their website says nothing regarding a daycare no-show charge. When asked for a copy of the policy I supposedly agreed to I was told their "email was down" and they couldn't send it to me.Absolute circus there with greedy owners at the helm. They should be ashamed and embarrassed for the way they have acted.

Tin Woof Inn is a phenomenal place to board your dog. My dog, Jasmine, has a lot of anxiety, especially related to new places and new people, but the staff at Tin Woof are always gentle and take their time with her, she's slowly coming out of her shell with them every time I get her boarded. They post pictures on facebook consistently of the dogs they have so I am always able to watch her have fun while she's there. All of the staff are nice and great to talk too, I've boarded Jasmine enough times that they know me by name and are excited to see her again. I could not recommend another doggy day care or dog boarding place more than this one.

Mae Belle could barely contain her excitement - not just when we pulled up to Tinn Woof Inn/ Morehead- but the entire time she was there! She had two days of pure puppy bliss! Jason and Brianna were fantastic. The facility and grounds are beautiful. The next time I am back in Morehead for work, Mae Belle will definitely be playing at Tinn Woof Inn : )

Love this place and the staff treat your animals as family! My dog regularly goes to day care here on my longer work days. She loves all her human and 4-legged furry friends. When I end up having to board her there overnight, she is familiar with the place/people already, so it is less awful of an experience. She's happy, so I'm happy! And, after living in a city where daycare was an inside-only experience, I just love that they get to run around outside. The humans frequently post videos and pictures of the pups running/playing on their FB page too, which are a joy to look at even if they aren't of your own pups.

We found Tin Woof Inn because they were sheltering a dog named Cain that was up for adoption through a rescue. We visited Cain there a couple of times and I spent much time texting with Jason who works there. With Jason’s help, we adopted Cain. Jason was super helpful as he made arrangements to help with the process as well as making sure that Cain, and he, were available for us.The facility was clean, was run efficiently, and everyone that worked there was very friendly and supportive.I can’t say enough for Tin Woof Inn and especially Jason! Kudos to the both of them!Edit: We used Tin Woof Inn for boarding after we adopted Cain because of Jason and how helpful he was. While we were gone, there was a storm, and Kane is afraid of thunder and storms, and Jason made sure that Kane was comfortable during the storm and did his best to soothe him. Now, It has now come to our attention that the management there has fired Jason and his mother over personal reasons which is unacceptable. We will no longer be using this establishment and I can no longer recommend it. They have slandered him publicly on Facebook, which is unprofessional and an establishment that will do something like that is not a place that, I would care to use. It is unfortunate, but we will be finding someplace else. I wish Jason the best of luck in any new endeavor that he seeks as he was a stellar asset to that business and went above and beyond each time we were there.

Tin Woof Inn in Morehead always provides excellent care of my 5 babies. We never have to worry an can enjoy our time away from them without being stressed if they are being cared for. Won’t take them anywhere else.

Tin Woof Inn WAS amazing. They just fired the only reason that made them a great place. Mr. Jason really cared about your dog and treated them as his own. During a tornado WARNING he stayed with the dogs in their kennels and made sure they were safe and calm.I will not support an establishment that fired someone for caring and trying to help people and their pets in a time of need.Or creates an environment where it’s encouraged to talk badly about your boss without having the gumption to say your peace face to face to the person.Very disappointed in this turn of events.You will be missed Jason! ❤️

Auggie, Leo, and Benji had a great time this week. It was such a relief to know the dogs were well taken care of while we went to Disney! Jason was amazing and never cared when we checked on them. 10/10. I would never board anywhere else.

Really great experience here. I recently started taking care of my Dad's older dog who had never been boarded before and had not had a lot of socialization with other dogs or even people. I told the front desk she hadn't ever done this when we checked in and I believe they really took that into account for her stay. Honestly I was very nervous, but I am confident we would bring her back if we need to board her again in the future. Every person there was really nice and seemed to care very much for the animals that came there.

Tin Woof kept our Schnauzers and Berdie Cat for a week. We were impressed with the- warm welcome and accommodations. Everyone was so friendly! We saw a post of Berdie on Facebook having some time with staff- thank you!

The staff at Tin Woof Inn Morehead location take care of the dogs as their own. They truly go above and beyond for each dog and their families. My husband and I would not make it without them. We get compliments every time we take Captain out about how well mannered he is around other people and their animals. I love seeing all the videos of him playing with his fur-riends on Facebook. Thank you guys for all you do! 🐾

My dogs love Tin Woof Inn! They usually go twice a week, and for one of them, if he does not get his designated two days, he literally whines and sulks. They both get so excited to pull in the parking lot, which is in total contrast to pulling in the parking lot of the dreaded vet! Jason and the rest of the team treat my babies like family, and I know they are in good hands when they are there!

I have no worries when I leave Krosby at the Tin Woof Morehead. Krosby is a rambunctious dog who needs lots of attention. They play with him and are just so good to him.

Update: Due to a change in management i will no long bring my dogs here, i trusted the manager had his heart and soul invested in our beloved pets. Since that manager is now gone guess ill have to find a new place.My Dogs love coming up here, I was nervous about leaving them while we went away on vacation but I think they had as much fun as we did, It was very nice to see some videos of them playing on tin woofs facebook page. Thanks for taking care of our babies!

I have been delighted by the care and attentiveness at this business. They are friendly, extremely competent, and immediately available for those guilty texts or emails of “how’s my girl?”. They are my first choice whenever I need to travel, and my dog is always happy, healthy, and cleaned up when I take her home. These are dependable caretakers for your animal half!

Tin woof inn did amazing with our chows. They provided us with multiple updates during our vacation and made sure to let us know our dogs where healthy and happy!!! They let our dogs out into the yard and sent us videos of them playing as well. I would 100% recommend their boarding program!!!

Have taken our dog Cloud in twice now - once being a very last minute need - and the staff have been absolutely wonderful on both occasions. They've also groomed him both times and done a great job with that as well. I've absolutely recommended the Tin Woof Inn to all of our friends in the area and we'll definitely be taking Cloud there again.

Highly recommend Tin Woof! We boarded our dogs for the first time there and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. We were able to call each day to check on our babies and staff kept our minds at ease. We even got a Facebook picture! :) Friendly and knowledgeable staff and decent prices. They also made accommodations for our boy due to his health concerns. This was a blessing. We will be using this facility again!

We boarded our dog for five days and couldn’t have been more happy with the service. Their staff goes above and beyond to make you and your pet happy, it was our first time using their service and we were made to feel so comfortable and stress free we will definitely look into using their other services and boarding again. The facility manager, Jason is the absolute best there is and will make sure your fur baby is taken care of before he is. The staff is always welcoming and makes sure your dog is comfortable before taking them back to their kennel. TWI is the place to go!!

Both of our dogs was rescued dogs Agnes Louise was severely beaten before we got them. Took her 4 to 6mos to even let us pet her and she is still emotionally scared at times. I couldn't give her a bath ourselves so we called Tin Roof and explained to the groomer how terrified she would be. As soon as i took her in a young lady actually sit down beside her and gently petted her. I was so excited to see the care see would be getting and the young man that groomed her was amazing. Thank you Tin Woof for doing such a wonderful job on Agnes Louise and Arthur Ralph. Looking forward to next monthGod bless

Rent a storage unit here, and the staff is super friendly. I have also taken my dog in for treats and a grooming. They offer a wide variety of services. I highly recommend to check them out!

Tin Woof has always taken fantastic care of our pups. From training, to boarding, and their new groomer Alicia! She gave them beautiful cuts and lots of love! I always know they will get the Royal treatment at Tin Woof Inn! All of the staff is fantastic and I would recommend their services 10/10!

Tin Woof is the only place I would trust to take care of my baby! My dog, Carina, has gone to daycare here for two years and she’s had several boards as well. The employees treat the animals like their own and take the BEST care of every pet that comes through the door!!
