To Whom It May Concern,I'm writing with frustration of how your customers are treated in reference to online orders and your contracted vendors.I made a purchase online last month on the 26th. I purchased some plastic mesh fencing. I used Klarna for payment and have been making payments with no product to this date. I have spoke with customer services multiple times with little to no resolution.The product said it would ship in 2 days. Then I was told by customer service it would be 5 to 7 days. when looking online it shows my items are still being prepared. I called asking if this hasn't been updated. And to my surprise this correct at over a week from purchase date it has yet to be shipped. I spoke to yet another customer service member whom basically said may have to wait a little longer and just check back. then called back again and spoke with an Adam who spoke with me was very patient but said he looked up the item and it wasn't in inventory that this may be why it hasn't shipped. So this vendor accepted a possible order with no goods to provide. I'm fuming at this point. What terrible business practices are they running. So Adam stated they had until the 10th to ship the product. So I have to wait on them to ship when I was told 2 days, then 5-7 days, then 7-10days. Adam was supposed to call me back leave a message and send an email. I have recieved nothing. I spoke to a cs representative today that now says I can't guarantee they will cancel the order. Excuse me what happened customers first. The way the customer takes the back seat to the vendors lack of communication, lack of product and now I'm waiting on them to approve a cancelation. This is incredibly horrible business practices and I will never order here again. I will advise others to keep other from this experience.the last representative could offer me $10 for my trouble. keep the $10 if this is how you treat your customers chances are you need it more than I do. Rural king is my preferred choice from this experience. I will copy and post this review on all public sites to warn others. Thanks for losing a local farmer whom could have been a lifelong customer.

Stopped in today for the Pet Wash station, found it very convenient and easy to use. The drain on the station is a bit slow to where it was backing up during the wash and leaking a bit on the floor. Overall service was great and everyone was friendly. Gavin sold us on a large pet crate and carried it all the way to the car for us, he is a real rockstar. Thanks Tractor Supply, Gavin and other team members for making our stop at your store a great one.

Usually when i go there the people are nice an help when not busy... been awhile since ive been there but they used to have nice payments plans for some of there equipment..... i would go back again for another mower our other stuff

I love TSC!! They are a bit pricey on a few things, they do have things that the other supply stores don't. I buy certain things here, and may go elsewhere for other things. I do wish this particular Tractor Supply, was located somewhere that gave it room to have more in stock. It needs to have it's very own building and more outdoor space. Muhlenberg County needs more places to choose from besides the 500 DG stores and a Walmart. Most residents still drive out of town to get simple things like groceries, clothes, gas. Bc most things are cheaper out of town.(Sometimes) But all in all, if one didn't have the time to go to another county, this is a place to grab supplies in a pinch. They just have a small selection is all.

One of the Best places to shop for farm supplies, fencing, tractor attachments, feed, hardware and much much more the list goes on and on. To beat all their prices are competitive or below other stores of this type so instead of running all over town stop in and I'm sure you'll find something to fit your needs.

We love tractor supply, they always seem to have the homesteader type of stuff we are looking for. We got rhode island red chickens last year and we get all of feed, wire, and tools from here. We love this store.

Everything is priced higher then what it needs to be, I have found the same items online cheaper I have found items at Rural King cheaper, if you like to empty your wallet for simple items and be excited about it this is your store

Nice place to pick up heavy duty gardening equipment. Also has a really good pet section. Little pricy sometimes but can also have some great bargains. Staff is always friendly and ready to help.

I generally love TSC, but this particular store in Central City has disappointed me. As full-time RVers, we rely heavily on TSC to refill our propane tanks. Despite advertising that they refill propane tanks up to 100 lbs, I was summarily informed that this store does not do refills, only tank exchanges. Since I try to do the majority of my shopping in one trip, this store has lost out on my business. I will be traveling to a different location from now on.

Called ahead to see if item was in stock, very helpful & cheerful employee checked and assured me it was. When I got there found exactly what I needed and was assisted with product I needed from outside. Wonderful service from lady working register & outstanding service from gentlemen who answered my phone call & assisted me with outside purchase!!!

Rural King, Central City, is a great country/farm oriented store. Have specialty farm items such as big bags with a colourful rooster on it & outside ornaments with cows or horses. Much more plus usual feeds & tools needed for yard/garden. Interesting books & mags, also.

Tractor Supply has really good customer service. The staff go out of their way to help you. I was shopping for a riding mower there. The staff are really knowledgeable about their products, from the exact location of something on the shelf to policies and warranties about the mower that I bought from them. I was very pleased with the service I received. I would recommend this place to anyone.
