Let's talk about Cecil,I had the pleasure of getting assistance from Cecil with my phone recently, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service he provided. I’ve been to this store several times. Cecil and the other associates are very helpful and friendly, and the wait line has always been short. I’ve never had to spend much time in there because they are quick and efficient with their service! It is so appreciated, as I have been in another Cricket store a county over, and spent easily 2.5 hours in there. Have recommended this store to anyone who mentions an interest in making a change in cell service. We have multiple lines and unlimited everything -the price for that cannot be beat.

I went to Cricket Wireless in Central City. I worked with Cecil. I don't know about the other people in the other reviews, but Cecil was excellent. He provided great customer service, was very knowledgeable and patient(we had a time switching my numbers from AT&T because of their fraud protection). He got everything set up for me. I switched 3 phones and their numbers. I recommend him for any thing you need. I was very pleased.

Went in to see what was wrong with my LG Stylo 5 the guy in the store was BEYOND EXCELLENT his name is Cecil he was very kind,helpful and knew his business. He could have very well sold me ANY phone in the store yet he helped me with the phone that was just perfect for me. I always went to the Madisonville store NOT anymore I will be going to Central City to Cee Cecil 😁😁😁

They need to fire Cecil at the Central City Ky office. Very rude to customer. Admitted to jabbing an object in my phone charge port. Went there to see why it wasnt charging. After being there with him now my phone dont charge period. Today went in to see about a warranty. Two girls and cecil were there. He got very hateful with me. No need when he damage my phone completely. Now i have to upgrade cause of cecil. He is not customer frendly at all. The other two ladies were very sweet and made sure to go thru all the steps to satisfied me.

I went to buy a cell phone as a present. I live in another part of the state. Greeted by Cecil and I told him what I wanted. Very pushy and very rude. No, I don't want to switch my carrier. No, I don't need 4 lines. No, I dont need the most expensive cell in your store. Cecil was so rude my boyfriend stepped in. Shouting, Cecil told us we could take our business elsewhere. Cecil said we had attitude. The attitude was from Cecil. Muhlenberg County beware of Cecil. He was rude and caused a scene in the store for no reason. Cricket may be a good company but the customer service was awful. The other workers did not bother to step in to try to help calm the situation. I didn't get to buy my present because I didn't want to be pushed into something I didn't want.
