They have a woman named "Lillian" who works as a cashier, and she is the rudest woman I've ever encountered. Lillian has gotten numerous complaints about her before, but the manager let's her stay because Lillian has health issues so she doesn't feel well. That is NOT how you run a store. I'll be shopping at the Glasgow store from now on.

The most horrible customer service by cashier Lillian C. Wanted to buy blueberries as they were on for 2for 5.00. I didn't want 2. She said they won't scan, as like i was to do something about it. So I did not buy them. To top it off yells at me not to put the shopping basket underneath the grocery belt. Most stores do that when you are done unpacking your groceries onto belt. I felt like she treated me very poorly an embarrassed me. I told her she was rude, I don't think a person that can't be polite and friendly SHOULD not be in customer service! My first experience was great, the young man was very pleasant.

As of 5 February 2023, their store hours are 8am-8pm daily, according to the signs posted on each of their 2 entrances, despite what is listed in/on their app/website.

I love going to this save a lot because it is always clean, workers are friendly, social, they talk to you like they know you for ever and always ask if you found everything okay and if not they help you locate it. The best part is I'm handicapped and can not do all the walking through the store and I'm happy to see the electric wheel chairs so I can do my shopping and don't have to make a list and send my daughter and have to take the meats she picks for me this time I got to go and done all my trading and spent my total limit there and was glad I was able to find everything I had on my list in one place and didn't have to go to another store to get it or not get it at all.Thanks Cave City Save A Lot for all you do for your customers I sure love it and appreciate it.

We are spoiled as the city we live in has a dozen or more grocery stores that are fully-stocked and sell a large variety of goods, so this store was much less than I hoped for, but for a smaller, rural area of KY it was nice. They didn't have any hummus or dairy free items that we needed, but those are not something I necessarily thought they would have as they shoot for low prices and basic needs.Staff was friendly.

Giving them 5stars for friendliness, store layout, and meat prices. Check out the meat section in the am for their markdowns...best deals around! Today i got 4 over an inch thick Ribeyes for under $20 on sale..yummy

Large, open and well-lit store. Staffing was mostly invisible but no help was required until checkout. At that point, the clerk was right there. I was surprised at how the price of almost everything had gone up but that's expected nowadays.On today's visit, I only compared the price of one thing: jalapeno peppers. S-A-L's price was $2.49 a pound. Walmart has them for $1.28 a pound. I was interested in 3# but being over $3.20 more made it a non-purchase decision.

Decently clean, produce better then it used to be. As someone with food allergies there's not a lot there that has no mammal products in it. So could never do all my shopping there.

They had most of the shelves stocked. A soda that I can't buy in my state was sold out. They said it was difficult to keep it in stock. It sells out quickly. Everything easy to find. When lines have more than 3 people, they open another register. Very clean.

A gallon of white milk and a half a gallon of your chocolate milk has went down the drain in 2 days after buying it, it's sours it's no good I refuse to buy milk at your store again. If I wanted cottage cheese I'd buy cottage cheese very disappointed in your store

Groceries are just too expensive here. They could do better on prices. Also, they have been out of Big Red 12 pks of soda the last two times I came here, and that is main reason I came to sav-a- lot instead of going to Dollar General Store. All the sodas were restocked EXCEPT Big Red, and I'm really irritated by this.

I really don't care for they're meat selection ! Pork chops have a lot of bones in them and the good bacon they don't have any more and the hamburger meat I believe was put with older meat just didn't look to great
