Had a tire issue while driving along 71. AAA driver recommended going to Paul’s and happy I did. He got me in right away, replaced the tire, and back on the road in less than 1 hour. Great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were on our way to Florida for Spring Break and hit a pot hole on 71. Paul was very nice and had us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend! Even had stock on my low profile tires when everyone else in the area would be 2-3 days to order them!!

They don’t care about their customers. We made it in before they closed and we were in need of help from out of town since we got a flat. They just wanted to sell the tire and not help install the tires. Sent us on our way to find a place to install even though they do that service here. If I could give 0 stars I would, terrible service for people who bought expensive tires

This is as close to a true "General Store" (minus food) that I have seen in years and the staff was welcoming AND efficient. They sale everything from tires, moving supplies, plant seeds to farm supplies so don't be deceived by the name. If you buy too much they can even rent you a U-Haul to get it home!! I discovered when dropping off a one-way U-Haul and found it fascinating.

When you see the sign on Highway I-71 between Carrollton and Love's Travel Stop in Sanders, KY which reads "Road work next X miles" it means the state of Kentucky has done the bare minimum to warn you that you will be hitting potholes the size of craters at 70+ mph and you are about to have a bad day. Having been a victim of said experience, I was relieved that Paul's Tire was not far down the road and carried the tire size I needed to replace my blown-out tire and send me on my way in no time. Also while you are there, say hello to Frankie, his job is to welcome you with a little feline hospitality.

I like Paul's Tires for good, reasonably priced car care. We have several to choose from and that's a good thing. I don't dislike the others but I like Paul and his family; good people! Got two tires last year and I'll get two more in about 10k; lol; two aren't 'unsafe' yet...

After sitting on side of I-71-N for 4.5 hours waiting for 7:30am in the morning to arrive so I could call around for a tire tht Paul's Tire Inc.had (was the only place) to have the tire for my vehicle after calling 3 other places before callin them. As I arrived there I got very efficient and fast work on my tire and was on my way thanks again fellas much appreciated After thinking I was stranded without a tire to get where I have to go

I brought my car in for a timing chain replacement. Paul told me they could get it done no problem. Then, after three weeks, I get told the job had been delayed since they needed a special tool. Then, after another two weeks, they told me they found rust in the motor and had to stop work. My problem with this lie, is that I know that the motor was torn down all the way with the timing cover removed. The rust is on the cam shafts (68000 miles and rust on parts???)That are under the valve covers which get removed BEFORE the timing cover so they LIED about finding the rust since the motor would not have been torn apart had that been the case. They disassembled my motor, then stopped to shoehorn another easier job in, left my car outside for the morning dew to collect on the exposed bearing surface of the camshafts, and ruined my motor and cost me more money since another shop now has to unscrew their messed-up work. Also, when I collected my vehicle, they pointed to a pile of parts and said "that's your stuff" so I probably grabbed parts from 6 other cars that were on the floor and all over the table. All the bolts for my engine and its attachments were tossed into a brake pad box. I was charged $325 for them to completely ruin my engine. THE NEW SHOP SAID THERE IS NO SPECIAL TOOL REQUIRED FOR A TIMING CHAIN ON A CHEVY EQUINOX. They also agree that the only way for rust to develop on the camshafts was neglect by the shop. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE SINCE THEY WILL JUST HAVE TO SPEND IT PAYING OFF LAWSUITS. They are liars and con men.

Bought 2 new tires from here recently ended up being wrong size. Went to return tires (with receipt brand new stickers still on them) and got told no refunds because he had to “Order the tire” Highly recommend going anywhere but here !

Paul's tire is top notch car care and tire center, good mechanics with knowhow and you can't beat Paul the owner he will treat you right. You can get feed all kinds of dog foods while u have the car serviced

I bought two new/used tires there and it hasn't been two months and my car was shaking and popped a tire that fast because first off they did not rotate my tires put the bad ones front, and didn't line them up either did a horrible job the guy that sits up front let me and my husband just sit there while our car was finished, and all he had to do is get up and go get it for us, did not like the service and the price I paid for two used tires for them to mess up my car even more!!!

My son took 2 new tires to have put on. Got half mile down the road and 1 tire( front driver's side) fell off. Tried to tell me something about if the rim was steel aluminum lugs nuts wouldn't work. Then why were they put on knowing they were dangerous? Called 2 mechanics in town and they said that was BS. My kid could have gotten killed because the lug nuts weren't tight. Would have rated this less than nothing but could not get on here unless I rated it something. The son that says he owns the place laughed. He did apologize later. Never again
