Do betterI always feel like if you order with a special discount coupon, you get the special discount pizza and not what you might get if you ordered full price.... they skimp on everything

Very upset… papa John is my go to when I want a pizza… but definitely will not be ordering from this papa John’s anymore . I told the guy I wanted the Philly cheesesteak pizza but instead of the ranch sauce I want Alfredo sauce and than just cheese and meat nothing else.. 1st met a very RUDE DoorDash driver… 2nd I get home to eat the pizza and it literally had ranch and and everything one it. Onion green pepper everything after I told them 3 times what I wanted on the pizza to be sure . I couldn’t call when I got home cause they were closed so I called this morning and the GM told me that my credit was in the system so I called after I got off work to use it and was told that they can’t do anything about it and that I’m not in the system and I kept trying to tell them that I talked to manager this morning and she said I’m all set . All I kept getting told is that there is nothing I can do .

Last night we ordered pizzas to be delivered at 10:30, placing the order around 5 pm online. We made sure it was 30 minutes before closing to ensure not to hold anyone up or cause a driver to stay late. When our Pizzas ($55) arrived at 10:48, the tall young driver was rude as Hell. He told me we shouldn't be ordering pizza right before closing time and that it would cost more. He said it was unfair to the workers. I was taken aback. We didn't order right before close and they were late delivering. How do I rescind a driver's tip? I think we're done with Papa John's in Carrollton.

We have ordered here several times since we have lived here. I wouldn't say the pizza was horrible, but I have certainly had better pizza from Papa John's elsewhere. Most of the time when you call, no one picks up. The delivery drivers have always been nice and the delivery was pretty fast. I typically order our stuff online. They have messed up my order a couple times but always put a free pizza or credit on our account. The only reason we really order from here is because of the coupons and the rewards points. But now that Casey's is in town, I'll probably stick to their pizza.

We ordered pizza tonight and it came quick. It was also hot and fresh and we live pretty far from the restaurant so I was impressed. The lady delivering was also very nice. Good job guys! People are all about leaving a bad review but I believe we should also let people know when they do above average. Merry Christmas. This was at the Carrollton ky location.

Food was great, had a few issues though.1. All of their items from that store were not shown on the app so I had to order in person.2. I tried to call in my order and it went to like a corporate office and they were trying to take my order but I told them I would go in person.3. One of the specials did not say online only, I tried to order a 2 large one topping pizza for $21.99 but when I got there they charged me $24.99 for that special because they said it was online only.4. Actually having the food wasn't bad until I opened the garlic knots. The whole cardbox was soaking in butter and garlic grease. It leaked onto every other box we had.Overall, trying to order the food was a nightmare but actually getting the food it was delicious.

Food is great, customer service is horrid.I ordered online and was told my pizza was going to take 80 minutes to get to me ...almost an hour & a half so I called to see what the issue was. Immediately the owner "Jeff" gave me attitude and treated me like an inconvenience. Upon me telling him I don't appreciate being spoken to that way, he continued his aggression and blamed me for his attitude. Needless to say I will not put any more of my hard earned money into this location of Papa Johns. Treat your customers with respect or they'll put their money elsewhere.

Courteous staff. Ordered a pizza and chicken poppers. We're informed a few minutes later that they were out of chicken poppers and that we could order something else or get a refund. Honestly, Papa John's is not my first choice for pizza, but the thin crust "the meats" was very good.

I allowed my son to order pizza from your Carrollton ky location usually he only eats snappy cause he is autistic he decided to order from yall instead cause he could not get through to snappys and the whoever the worker was last night he can't remember the name and was rude My son called me at work crying and he was laughed at. They was disrespectful to my son and he is 15. lucky I didn't press charges.

My family and I love Papa John's pizza. The staff is nice and are helpful when something goes wrong with your order. I would recommend Papa John's to everyone around the area.Vegetarian options: Papa John's offers a veggie pizza.

We looked online and it said they were open until 12:30am...it’s 11:53pm and they’ve locked their doors and completely ignored us trying to enter. Apparently Papa John’s doesn’t need our money ..... there is a reason they have a 3.2 rating.

The people that work in this establishment, has very poor customer service.... and they can be rude and not helpful at all. we eat at this location every other weekend so our information is in the system yet and still, it's always a issue getting our food delivered. I love papa John's pizza but it is not worth the drama and stress when all you want is something quick and easy. Guess I'll have to find another pizza place that values Their customers and appreciates their business...

The manager Amanda was rude to us over the phone. I've also heard by many different people that the owner is heartless and just plan indecent to his workers. That's a horrible way to treat your staff. Papa Johns is my favorite pizza place but this man is never getting my money again.

I ordered a small Hawaiian barbecue pizza and 8 wings. After 3 hours and calling back a 3rd time after being told that the order was on the way they told me that the driver had just come to my location and couldn’t find anybody so they had to return to the restaurant with the food. I said well no one contacted me and I’m parked right out front...they then gave me some nonsense excuse about how whoever had taken my order (as if they didn’t know???) had written down the wrong phone number. Mind you that I had now called 3x total and they were looking at my number in the caller I.D. when they were telling me this. Laughingly 😡 , they said they’ll reimburse my money back to my card as they are were closing...as if I didn’t need my food , and now everything else is closed so I am unable to order from anywhere else SMH. 👎👎👎
