Watch what you buy at Krogers. I was in the bakery section and bought a $7 dollar loaf of bread. It was stacked up nice and neat. The problem is it was 5 days OUT OF DATE!!! Why should I have to check the date? This isn't Save a lot. But I should have. When I see who they are able to hire, all I can say is it's too bad that the minimum wage isn't 3 dollars an hour. They definitely overpay these people. I only knew one person who worked in there that was actually worth anything, and that person is gone. I would bring it back, but it is too far, and honestly, I would say more than they could handle. I won't be wasting my time buying their out of date stuff again. Watch what you're getting. Watch those dates.I was just looking at the other reviews. My point exactly. Is anyone going to trust to eat food from that place ??? Seriously, Carrollton??!!!!

Most parts of the store are adequate and well stocked. However, the produce section is a joke. Unless you are getting potatoes, carrots, or apples (staples), you will find wilted, starting to rot, squishy, molded produce. I can rarely find good produce at this store. And the bad produce tends to sit for a up to a week.

My items did not ring up the correct price. I brought it to the night managers attention and she went above and beyond and helped me resolve the issue. She didn’t just fix the price to what it should be. She explained it to me and there was an error on my app. She showed me the problem, corrected it so it wouldn’t happen again and refunded the money that was over charged. She was very professional, courteous, and very nice! You can tell she does her job well and I really appreciated her making me feel appreciated as a customer and not making me feel stupid or blaming me, even though it was my fault the error happened! Thank you so much Kim!!!

So my wife doesn't get to see her mother very much. We all met and stayed at Butler state Park the week before mother's day. We went into Kroger to get flowers for my mother-in-law and AFTER we had paid for them removed the price tags because she was waiting in the truck. The RUDE old nat working at Kroger started questioning why we were removing the tags, again after we had already paid. Not in a polite manner, but an accusatory "what are you doing" after trying to explain she continued her rude behavior. Screw you Krogers, if this is your loss prevention method I hope you all fail.

Store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. LOVE the Woohoo! deals. The only major problem I have run into was recently. We went to the store around 9:00 and had a cart full of groceries. The person who was supposed to be working the checkout lane was on break so we had to do our entire cart in the self-checkout as no one was available to use a regular checkout. It added at least 20 minutes to our shopping trip.But since we have lived here for 6+ years, that is the only time this has happened.

Every time I go to this store there is a problem of some sort! My magnetic strip on my debit card is damaged, any other store will enter the numbers...the manager told me to get another card because they WILL NOT enter the numbers again. So as I was leaving the heffer proceeds to yell at me while I was walking out. I just simply told her that I'd pray for her and to have a blessed day. I won't return.

It was a nice store but when I asked an employee about if they had any more of what I was looking for, she wasn't nice at all. She said if it wasn't out, they didn't have it. Most of the time they offer to go look & are friendly. The cashier wasn't even friendly. I'm used to my hometown Kroger where everyone is really friendly & helpful.

I was told tonight that I could not use my card as credit I had to have a pin number. I have used it there before. So if this is true then u have lost my business. Because I told cashier it was either credit or forget it. She said u have to use pin I said well guess I won't be back. Every where else I can use it as credit. I need to know why u don't accept it as credit thank you

Nice friendly store. Not as big as most Kroger marketplace's are but that kinda works to it's benefit! Easy to find what you need, and never a wait to check out. Very clean and presentable. I do recommend this Kroger store for your grocery needs. Nice deli selection also.

The red head at self check out belongs in the back sweeping the floors not interacting with people. No personality and some serious power trip issues. Possibly better suited as a mall cop? Pays more attention trying to start trouble with people who aren’t stealing and probably make her weekly wages in one day than focusing on the ones who she should be. She looks pretty tough though with her arms crossed over her chest and her pouty little mean mug. It’s pretty brave and intimidating in Kroger lol.

Kroger Pharmacy is the WORSE!! Rude, hateful, inpatient service! And SLOWEST pharmacy around!! Absolutely Ridiculous!!Use them for emergency only, my main pharmacy is out of town! Not like other pharmacies! Either get friendly, considerate folks in there who can actually fill prescriptions in a timely manner or shut down!

When a retail establishment starts closing their pharmacy at 7 PM MON-FRI, they quite obviously are not concerned with what is best for the working class Families that it serves. Time to go elsewhere (after 10 YEARS!!!)

This is our pick for most of our needs. Staff is friendly, always around to help and happy to help. They dont act like you are bothering them when you ask for assistance. The shelves are always stocked and the store is always clean.

Everytime I go to this store there is some sort of problem, this time was the deli no service in line before 5 because ppl were talking in front of the deli counter they didn't see me and don't have serve me because after 5. Last time it was the pick-up service food was supposed to ready 5-6pm nope had not even started on it at 530

My go-to place for groceries. Good prices. I utilize their digital coupons for extra savings and I save on gas with my Kroger loyalty card. Staff is friendly and store manager went out of her way to help me one day.

Getting worse instead of better. Highest milk prices of any store in the area. Some Corporate Marketing Genius decided to stop carrying ground Chuck and jumbo size eggs. That's just part of my gripes.(Completely. moved everything in the store.. It's not better!, Dumba--!)Hello Walmart!

My biggest complaint about Kroger is the produce. I've had throw out a lot of things that I just purchased because they were bad.... Peaches, apples, avacados, tomatoes.. Etc. I don't know why they can't get more produce locally so it is fresh when you buy it instead of three week old tomatoes from Mexico. Everything else is good.... Friendly staff... Good selection of organic products.

The pharmacy is the worst, i have been waiting for over an hour, they said their printer is messed up, so she has to change the toner, and I'm still sitting here in drive threw because they don't know how to fix their printer. Very unprofessional.My grandmother had to wait for over an hour one day sitting in Krogers pharmacy drive threw to find out that her prescriptions was not even ready...

Don't buy cakes from the deli/bakery.They messed up both of my cakes 2 years in a row. I wouldn't even rate it 1 star if I didn't have to. The service was poor & rude. The picture on the cake was screwed up. They spelled birthday with 2 t's (birtthday) & the year before they wrote Aubrey instead of Audrey on a cake I had made. Had to have both of them redone. Won't be returning there ever again for ANYTHING.

The aisles when you check out are ridiculously close together. I have never seen a grocery store set up like that. Also charge 50cents to get cash back. Wish they had a food Lion around here. Prices are much higher too.

I like to stop at this Kroger on my way to the State Park or 2 Rivers Campground to stock up on commissary items. Not the largest Kroger in the chain but should have what most grocery stores keep in stock. Plenty of room to park an RV with Fuel islands.

This store is out of stock on several items more often than not. Have shopped here different days of the week over time and it is always the same story.....can't get what I'm after....so I go to Walmart often when I get finished at this store. Frustrating.
