The employees at this store are all very nice and sociable. But it's always messy, items on the floor, clothes thrown around in the aisle and just unorganized. But if one employee could work on keeping items put up I think the store would be great.

The people who are operating the store now are WONDERFUL. Very friendly answer your questions and very helpful. The store is very clean now. Everything is where it should be. Not crowded like it use to be. Will go there more often

I love this Dollar General the staff is very friendly, and helpful. The store is always clean. The shelves are always stocked. If their out of something they well let you know when it's coming in. The customer is always first at this store, they well stop whatever their doing and wait on you. This store gets 5 + stars from me.

I visit this place often 8/10 of employees are great. Those 2, well hope you don't get so unlucky. They are often well stocked & organized. The new hours are helpful.

The lady was very helpful. The store was HOT, NO AIR MOVING... it was definitely in need of updating. If I were in the area again I would shop there again, because she was so nice.

I love this dollar general store and the maneger they have is so very sweet and very helpful her name is viloet she is always smileing and she is always ready to help you find what ever you need and every sence she has became manager there has been a really good change because the floors are clean and all the shelves a good and stocked but on the other hand some of the employees are rude and do not like to help you find. Anything I could name some names but I won't but as I Said the manager is a very awesome and friendly person

This one in Carrollton used to be a favorite of mine to stop in at. But the old staff all quit, and the new staff is just awful. The floors are always dirty, isles are packed plum full of product mostly still in boxes. Oh! And all the dollar stores around it stay open till 10 or 11. I've been to this one at 8 in the evening and it was closed. The staff makes their own hours. They're rude, not very helpful, and the store itself is in shambles. I'm surprised its stayed open this long.

Rather go to The Family Dollar in Owenton where employees are friendly and helpful. If you have time skip the Dollar store in Owenton and go see Vicki out on 127 towards Sparta.. Much better store. ♥

Great variety but needs fresh foods, produce, etc. Other Dollar general stores stock these items. Otherwise, it's a nice in and out place to grab neccecities at a reasonable price

Horribly stocked & chaotic store. Early morning/late night-you will have to fight with skids of merchandise on the floor just to get to unstocked shelfs.

Stopped by on our way home and got 5 of the miniature candy bar packs 6 per pack and later on at home opened a pack and they old and white. Ended up pitching them

Clean and neat. This us the only dollar General were you don't fall over stock and the stock is always on the shelf.

This is the only dollar general that I know of that closes at 8. That is with the covid hours. All the other dollar general stores that I have been to closes at 10.

This store is always a mess. There are things sitting in the isles you can hardly get around in the store. They need to clean it up a bit.
