This place does not serve subs. I went there T 7pm thinking they were just done serving for the night, then again the next day at 1130 to try and catch them for lunch. But they do have fried food, didn't try it

We were meeting my son for lunch, and based on the reviews we decided to try "Bill and Shirley's". While trying to decide on what to order the owner gave us a sample of the cabbage and sausage soup she was cooking. It was delicious! I opted for the soup and half sandwich, which was piled high with homemade pimiento cheese! I ended up purchasing a container of pimiento cheese to take home with me. Shirley was so friendly and kept us all entertained throughout our lunch. We had a great time and really enjoyed the food! My husband got the fish sandwich and fries, and my son got a hot ham and cheese. Great place! We'll be back!

Bill & Shirley's located on the corner of 6th and Hawkins st.If you need to stop get something on the way home you can get in & out quick. They will make you a sandwith for dinner with fresh cuts they have a few tables so you can sit and eat if you like. Give em a try.
