Had to return two defective Christmas toys. I had no receipt or box. The employee exchanged them with no problem. Now ,let's hope these work when I give them to my niece n nephew when they come back in. They live out of state.

This place needs help bad. Their shelves are usually bare in dire need of restocking. The store is dirty needs a good cleaning. Its too cluttered, when they do have merchandise its usually sitting in the aisles in shopping carts or on the stock pallets. Its more than just two or three ppl can do by theirselves. Something is wrong some place when u can't keep employees. When they do get ppl n there that will work and does work they wont, or dont stay long at all. Some place up the chain of command someone is slacking some where. On a good note. When it is up and running right. Its always busy and they have wonderful prices and a good selection of merchandise. Desperately needed where it is.........desperately needs help (employees ) They have bn cleaning on the store did notice that today when I was there.

Dirty dirty and I mean dirty. Stock sitting in islands plus cardboard carts sitting around. Then you see women talking with guys outside of store when all stock needs to be put up and carts moved to store room. But the floors are flirty dirty sour milk in bottom of cooler. Ugh nasty
