Randomly stumbled upon The Wicked Wolfe with some friends. My burger was outstanding: delicious, filling, and visually appealing. It absolutely hit the spot. The four of us only waited maybe 10 minutes for our food. Staff was very friendly and the outdoor atmosphere was comfortable. Prices were on par with the food. I highly recommend it if you want something off the beaten path and not a typical large restaurant chain.

Food was phenomenal. The two that served us were very personable and brought to us in the rain to our car. Only outside dining though so if weather isn't cooperating be prepared to eat inside your car.Everything was so great instead of going back for seconds we went back to give a second tip!

This is a great restaurant! We stopped in their first day of indoor seating after renovation. Food was delicious! Very comfortable.They are working on signage, don’t think your lost just keep going to the right when Google says you arrived.

Stopped in here during a trip between cabins, needed a place with outdoor seating due to having a dog with us. I was blown away by the food from here! The owner was very kind and attentive, and the food was seriously wonderful! We had a large group and all tried different things. The steak wrap and the angry bird sandwich were fantastic. I also loved the tater kegs off the appetizer menu. Highly recommend!

Amy is the kindliest person who took care of us for a lunch on a spring beautiful day here. Our lunch consisted of tater kegs, bacon cheeseburger, fried fish sandwich, and Angry Bird sandwich. All of these were better than they had any right to be. No need to restate here what everyone else has said about the excellent burger. The Angry Bird and fish sammies were the surprise here, with a depth of flavor that was delightful. Daughter adored the fluffy and tasty tater kegs. Well seasoned food all around, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

We picked up food here on vacation: a couple burgers, a pizza, a sandwich, and a calzone. All the food was delicious and the portions were large, especially for the very reasonable prices. This restaurant is absolutly fantastic! The staff is super friendly, like we were family. The atmosphere is very relaxing, outside by a lake where you can even fish! We ordered burgers, mozzarella sticks, quesidilla, and onion rings. The food was amazing. The burger had great flavor and was very juicy. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were very crunchy, hot, and delicious. The breading was on point. Great price point for great good. If you're here hiking or passing though I highly recommend trying the food here. You won't be disappointed.

Okay so we almost didn’t eat here because they have only outdoor seating (FOR NOW, they said they’ll have indoor forthcoming), but I’m SO glad we came back to try it! My expectations were low if I’m being honest but The food is FANTASTIC, the owners were so so sweet and it’s a MUST try! We ordered burgers and motz sticks, and then pizza and wraps. We loaded up on the food because this place was on point with the food. If you haven’t been here- you need to!Parking: No issues with parking and free.Kid-friendliness: Our little one ran around and had a blast while waiting for food.

Great spot with very beautiful outdoors scenery. Had the rodeo burger. Very good and the fries with it were crisp and tasty. Also had an order of tater kegs. Those were fantastic and glad to see they have them. Staff was very friendly.Wish I would have taken pictures and will next time! Highly recommend!

Me and my husband came to The Wicked Wolfe for the first day of our honeymoon. We drove up here not expecting what to find, but the lovely woman who took our order was so kind and so loving. After choosing what to get, we got fried pickles, steak and cheese sandwich, and the cheddar burger with a side of fries. The seasoning on the burger was exquisite, the fries were well seasoned and perfectly crunchy, the steak and cheese was the best Philly my husband has ever had in 2 years! The fried pickles were the absolute best fried pickles we have ever had! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through the gorge or anywhere near there! Even if you have to drive 30 minutes, TAKE THE DRIVE!!!! You don’t regret it

If you are ever in the Red River Gorge area. You have got to try this place. The food was phenomenal and it is an amazing little family owned restaurant. Do not let the looks deceive you. This place is definitely a diamond in the rough!! The tater kegs were something we have never had before but I highly recommend. Staff went above and beyond. Please help support local businesses!!!

Today I had an order delivered. I had a crispy chicken sandwich and chili cheese fries. I almost broke a tooth when I bit into the chicken sandwich because there was a bone in a piece of the chicken. You would think with the prices they charge for their food that something like that would never happen.

Stopped in here while we were on vacation. It’s a little hidden place with delicious food and nice seating by their pay-lakes. Me and my husband got chicken tenders, tater kegs, and a steak and cheese . We will definitely be back on our next vacation!
