I’m not a farmer and I don’t consistently go to tractor supply or anything, once in a blue moon for pet supplies if anything, but a friend and I went to see a cow that was being displayed outside and the owners of the cow rudely told us to leave. Nothing against TS on that part, just a comment for future reference if they ever invite these people back…So instead, we went inside to look at the chicks and ducklings and I jokingly said I wanted to buy a duck. And the lady running the station talked to me like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about. I was clearly joking, because I literally said I was, and she told me I’d have to buy other stuff and acted like I didn’t know what I was doing. Like lady, I could have a whole duck pond and you wouldn’t know.I don’t know if there needs to be better customer service training, but I felt very unwelcomed.

Super friendly staff. Greet you when you walk in and know where items are in the store. Tell them what you're looking for if you're in a hurry. In and out quick to get you back to work. Or whatever task you have to do.

Very nice, helpful and friendly. They have rental trailers very reasonable. Fairly priced products. I shop here very frequently. Highly recommend for farmers, animal owners, etc.

This place has went through some changes, some not so good. My biggest issue with this place is I buy pet supplies mainly but I never see any employees. Too frequently the only employee I see is the cashier and I walk through the store sometimes just because I find it odd I don't see them. I know they are there I used to know someone who was a manager there but since the changing of the guard I just don't see them.Edit: I was just in there 1/28/19 and went to buy pet food. I waited 7 minutes before I ever found an employee. When I asked if they had anymore of a certain brand he said let me go look and then totally disappeared. At first I was willing to say he got distracted until I seen him come from the back where they keep the dog food, try to avoid the pet section all together, get stopped and ask a question, cautiously look over to see if I was still there and I was standing in plain sight and then took off back into the back to not be seen again. Hunted for a manager and found no one on the floor but the girl at the front register. I ended up leaving and will be contacting their district manager.For that I've removed 2 stars. This is a frequent thing with this place anymore and its totally disrespectful to dodge and ditch a customer looking for help. Until I start seeing some actual changes there and shelves not be wiped out of their most popular products and actual employees thats not the register operator who can't leave the register it'll remain 2 stars.Edit: Came in on 4/29/19 to find my complaint and review was heard. You can suddenly tell a large change in the place. I seen 4 employees in the 5 short minutes I was in there. Shelves were stocked and employees were actually working. Shame it has to come to such things to get your point across. Now if only they’d put the 30lb bag of 4Health Grain Free Chicken & Vegetables back in so I didn’t have to spend more buying 2 bags of the 16lb. I bought 3 a month and then suddenly it’s no longer sold. I’ll give the store back a star for seeing better staffing and shelves, I’ll give another if they could make the dog food happen. I know I’m not the only person that was buying that formula in that size because it was constantly empty and who wants to buy multiple bags of something when there is a bigger option?

I drove from Shelbyville to make sure my mom has everything she needs during this crisis and as we walk up to the store with my elderly mother the young employee told me she can't let us inside because we ads the same household and I explained no we are not and I'm here to help my elderly mom and she said she doesn't care she isn't letting us inside! I said ok ill just go to lowes were they understand my mother is elderly and needs help. And normally they even help her! This is crazy that I asked to talk to someone and no one came and I called the store and no one answered

Bought a 40gun safe from here, very pleased with service. They were very eager to show me all the safes and They loaded the safe i bought.always go gere to get my propane tanks filled as well.

Mediocre service. The pick for on line orders needs a bell to ring for service. I waited 9 minutes before I was able to get any help. The guy at the front register just ignored me and never made any effort to get me any help. I finally had to go to the back of the store and yell for service/help thru the employee only door.

Came for 5/8 forged eyes, didnt want to bother the young lady swinging on the yard swing engrossed on her phone. I looked for other employees and none could be found. Asked the gal on the swing if they had 5/8 forged eyes, she said if we didnt find them over there they didnt have them. Never bothered to get up and try and help. I can get service this bad at Lowes.

They have animal supplies machinery supplies tool boxes big and small pretty much anything you could ask for to do with a farm they also have welding supplies sledgehammers welding rods tools so many things too numerous to mention
