Grate Staff I walked In with my blade for a repairs and a Modifications to the Handel and everyone was super happy and helpful. I also got some blinds. Grate customer service and Clean bathrooms. To follow up on my review I was here again today and I learned about the pro membership program at Lowe's it's a great deal for contractors and it's a great deal for the DIY in you all you have to do is sign up and you get a card you're in the program you can package the materials that you need and you get 5 to x amount of percent off your purchase and not to mention its credit so you don't have to worry about it on the spot and they deliver for free so it's a great deal

I have been remodeling my home as a young women for about a year now. I have bought all my paint from this Lowe’s. Every single time I have a bad experience. I have been painting exterior sheds, homes for over 7 years. I use a cheaper paint on my home because I know most of my brighter colors are only temporary because this will eventually be a rental home. Every time I purchase paint the attendant informs me that it is cheap paint and will likely peel. I explain I have 8 rooms in my home and an exterior shed painted in my home for about a year and have never experienced this issue. And she responds with bless your heart. I find that extremely rude and disrespectful as she was several years younger than me.I’m aware that is not used as a term of endearment.

Paid 180.00 on my card bill of 150.00 for late fees. Fine..then get a bill for 3.68 for something no one can explain lady at counter was extremely rude so I just paid and left..last time.....

2024 starting off right. After 5 years? You activated touch less pay and paying by phone. Hard to give someone a high five, when they are like 5 years behind. Kinda like telling people to quit using drugs, when the war on drugs started 40 years ago. What I can I say, we do now live in a society that give participation award. I guess you get yours for next year. "Good job"

Clean organized store.I am always able to find assistance from an associate.As well as that associate knows the answers to any of my questions and if by chance they cannot answer the questions they hunt down someone else who is able to assist me.Which anyone who has been to any of the "big warehouse" type building/garden stores knows that's one of the biggest complaints.The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the app and website needing both interfacing issues resolved as well as the lack of user ease to navigate and populate correct search answers.

It's a pretty good hardware store they'll pretty much have everything you need for anything as an electrician they start to run short on some of my parts but other than that I've usually found everything I need in the store

Terrible customer service. Scheduled an appliance delivery as very few items are stocked in store. Took off 4 hrs of work to be available to receive.. 2 days later no appliance. No accountability, Lowes blames their 3rd party delivery service which in turn blames Lowes.... structured so that there is no accountability. Lowes should be ashamed. They have lost a customer.

Purchased a Badger "insinkerator" on August 1, paid for the item plus and for installation. Was promised the "Angi Pro" would install on Tuesday, but their "Pro" never showed-up. Our Lowe's has very poor service and no regard for their customers.

Husband kept sending me to store with lists .I was pretty confused...a store associate Michael Wiser helped me each time I came in to find things quickly and get exactly what I needed..I had to call my husband to verify a few purchases and this man stood patiently and wait while I did what I had to do...I cannot say enough good things about this particular associate...I will always keep Lowe's as my choice of stores as i remodel my newly bought house...thank you Lowe's and especially thank you Michael for making my shopping easier and enjoyable

Great food... high end BBQ... not your regular corner smoker. Their sides are good but some are not totally traditional. I love their potato salad. All of the meats are phenomenal. Sauces are basic but the meat is good by itself. Smokey Bones spoils you with sauces so its hard to compare. The prices are decent as two people can get fat for 40-50$ + gratuity. 4 stars.. thought about possibly a 5, but the sauce selection killed that..

I bought a refrigerator from here and didn't get it for over 4 days. Then when they got there lowes wouldn't approve them to bring it in my house because they weren't electricians and couldn't take off the door. On top of that I couldn't get a refund until the refrigerator got back into the doors of the store. I am very very very very mad and do not ever recommend that anyone buy a appliance here ever! (The sales representative was so nice though)

We love Joyce in the Garden Center. She is always happy and good natured. She is also very knowledgeable in everything garden related. The rest of the store is clean and well organized. Bathrooms are clean. Cashiers are friendly. Pro desk is informative and will help you find a contractor if you need a job done.

Purchased a refrigerator and the extended service 3-year warranty. Fridge stopped working in 8 months, was able to get repaired under the manufacturer warranty. Stopped again, and had to go through the extended warranty.... what a mess! They scheduled me for service and the company canceled 6 times. Called for a replacement, but can't replace or refund u til 3 visits or tech deemed it can't be fixed. Couldn't even get my tech out for 6 months...tech finally shows, doesn't even look at the appliance, says he doesn't work on fridges. Then they close my service order and to top it all off, I was charged for the service visit.Extended warranty? buyers beware - these fees were not disclosed by lowes warranty support, or the company they scheduled to fix and I talked to the repair company 3 times and lowes warranty department 8 times. And out of all of this, a fridge that hasn't worked for 9 months and is only 1.5 years old, we can't get a refund or replacement, and we never get a technician to show, and if they get called out again, whether they fix it or not, we will be on the hook for another service fee... so I have an $800 paperweight of an appliance, a warranty that doesn't help with what it's needed for, and a bill on top of it all. No help from Lowes, Lowes warranty, or A&E services that was setup through Lowes....never again.

I have always been treated with friendliness and respect at this Lowes Home Improvement location. The employees goes out of their way to be helpful and are very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. The store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The management always does it's best to offer the best prices available on major purchases. I have never been disappointed when visiting this Lowe's Home Improvement store. Highly recommend!

Always a great place to shop. Place is clean, well stocked, staff is friendly and most are knowledgeable in what they are doing. Parking is easy to get and they got a great selection of planting related and seasonal stuff. I am a mechanic by trade and I own a lot of Craftsman tools so though the quality has lessoned of the tools over the years the ability to now go to a Lowe’s when Sears are harder to find is nice. I can always find at least one negative that takes from a 5 star rating but at this location it’s really a bit hard pressed to find anything I don’t like about this location.

Store had a really good sale on after Christmas. I was able to buy several Christmas lights and google nest bundles for the house. I ordered them online and picked up in store locker.Service was very easy, scan barcode on your phone and the locket opens up. Your items are loos, no bags includes so you have to carry out by hand. Not fun. 10 boxes of lights and 5 google bundles with no cart or bagsOverall ok experience but could have been much easier.

Customer service was absolute garbage. I was in there with my mother looking for pet resistant screen mesh for our windows. The old man that helped us talked down to my mother and was not helpful at all. We ended up being led to buy the wrong product. When we came back to return it, the guy at the return counter didn't return my hello and immediately told me another person would be there in several minutes. When she finally arrived, I said hello and asked her about her day at which point she ignored me and just started scanning the screens. I tried to complain about the guy that helped us originally but she continued to ignore me. When she finally spoke, she asked me if i wanted a refund or exchange and then my phone number. Rather than helping us find the right screen, she sent me to the wrong check out line to handle my exchange. We went and found the right screen after talking to a nice other customer. As someone who has been in customer service for years, I am appalled by the quality of service at this store. We won't be taking our business here and we will be recommending others do the same.

However, it would be nice if employees smiled and were more friendly/enthusiastic. Still rating this Lowes At 5 Stars because of every other aspect being a really strong 5+ Stars!! 3rd Visit to this location. Same opinion about all 3 visits.

Well the store manager was a sweet heart. And she was very helpful to what I needed. But her employees that wasn't helpful at all.I was needing bulbs for my Xmas lights and the guy acted like he didn't have time to help me out. The lady at the service desk said they had 17 in the store but he wasn't goin to go out his way to help me. So I left and came home . Very poor service there and the employees ain't goin out the way to help.
