Absolute worst place ever. They excused us of steeling a pie we was trying to pay for. Refused to sell us 2 hotwheels. And took them 30 minutes to not even figure out why my WIC couldn't pay for baby food it clearly could buy. They don't know what they are doing there . Never coming back ever

Whenever you do the self-checkout that people who work there that it's working self checkout they can be really really smart aleck and it really ticks me off it's like they get kicked off when you need help on something

Wondering what's happening with the attitude of employees at this store. Went to the Deli to get sliced ham, I waited several minutes, finally she came over and asked what I needed, I said "2 lbs of tavern ham" she asked how would I like it sliced, I said #3, not knowing what their guide is. She said "that's not how we do it" I said ok, "how do you do it"?...she said "I don't know but it's not like that, and anyway #3 is too thick for sandwiches" all she wanted to do was argue....she asked my wife sourcasticly if we are tourists HEY KROGER I CAN GET SLICED HAM ANYWHERE! I DONT NEED YOU!! Moving on a customer dropped a container of yogurt on the floor, it broke. A store employee brought the customer paper towels to clean it up himself!...checking out the cashier Darrin, or Darrell whichever did not say one word to us, didn't greet us, didn't ask if we needed ice etc....this store needless to say needs a wakeup call......if we want attitudes and bad service we'll go to Walmart......

Seen mold on some of there products a week ago. I thought it happens, until I got a donut from the deli and the custard was chunky and odd tasting. Had to spit it out, my sister also thought her donut tasted old too.

Consistent good grocery ☺Update 11/11/23Too busy! Looooong lines for self checkout.This location is too busy for it's size. Kroger closed their other store in town, now the experience here has gone down hill

This Kroger is one of the best stocked stores I have seen in a long time. Their employees are very nice and helpful looking for and assisting finding items. It is well kept up cleaned and maintained throughout the store the restrooms the Isles, meat ,department Bakery, Pharmacy throughout entire store as well as the carts being placed back for customers to use.

I love kroger since closing the Kroger on Broadway down alot more customers....which makes a lot more of a crowd trying to get what they need. But it's still a great family place.

Kroger is a wonderful place to buy your groceries. Their produce section is amazing. Everything is always fresh. I can always find exactly what I'm looking for when I visit this store. Many great items are on sale quite often and they are well stocked every time I go. It's also a clean environment with extremely friendly customer service. I've never seen it cluttered up with things sitting in the middle of the aisles. It's set up to where items are easy to find. Large area for parking. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

Rude associates. Shut down 2nd store so no parking. Slow pharmacy. Only open spots are the pick up but no one ever does that here and associates berate you if you try to park there. Move your medicine and go somewhere else

Love the store in general. As far as the store the staff is friendly and helpful. It's mainly our shopping place as far as groceries. That being said I've seriously about had it with the gas station part. There's always a hateful girl who works there,and then tonight I go to use my fuel points for gas. Only to be rudely told that I couldn't unless I actually physically had my Kroger card. I ALWAYS put my phone number in,and don't use my card at the pump for past reasons of getting extremely overcharged. So I'm then asked do you still want your gas? Ummmm no and especially not with that service!!!

Most of the employees here are super nice and fun to shop with. The store is clean and roomy, produce is usually fresh. Love shopping here. WAY better than city stores in the people department.

I enjoy shopping at Kroger. The online coupons are wonderful. The store was clean and the staff work very hard. The store is welcoming and I appreciate the aisles being clear. Definitely recommend Kroger!

This is the larger of the two Kroger's in town and has a better selection. They could use a better assortment of international items and hummus though because everyone in town only stocks three or four flavors and I know Sabra makes a lot more than that. My particular favorite is Olive topinade, which no one carries. ☹️

This Kroger is usually well stocked, clean, and well organized. Their staff has always been very friendly in every department from the pharmacy to the checkout lanes. I always have a good experience at this Kroger.

At first I thought it was me so went back several times and observed.The staff does seem to ignore customers needs and even joke amongst each other about customers.

I love my neighborhood Kroger store! ive not ever had one visit to the local kroger that i would report as a bad experience.....and if thats the only one out of the 11 or so years ive been going there, I consider myself very lucky! every other time ive ever went into that store has always been a joyful experience that i only have fantastic remarks to share with everyone i come into contact with. .....i must say though, out of the two Krogers we have in this small town ( which really surprises me) this store is my favorite of them....the other one seems smaller and less organized for some reason.....
