I had a 1/2 side of beef cut by this place. All the prime cuts were beveled like end cuts. Looks like they kept the prime cuts and left the remains for me. I also had way too much hamburger again as if they made up the weight with this.I have purchased many sides of beef with much better cuts. My advice is to stay away from this place!!!!!!!

Great place had them slaughter two lambs for me great in sealed packages. Nothing but good things say about these guys!

Walked in three men were in the front. They didn't speak or offer to help. First time there it would have been nice to have some assistance. Stood there and they ignored me, so I figured out I had to help myself and took a package of meat to counter and a guy checked me out without speaking at all. I paid left and nobody ever said a word. Very strange experience.

Dropped off two hogs this morning. Very easy unload. Very clean facility. Very nice people. I will update once I get the finished product.9 days after drop off Trackside called and let me know my hogs were ready to come home. Very easy process again. They guy at the desk was extremely nice, as was everyone I met at trackside. He took time to explain the yield reports and help us load up the meat.All products were vacuum sealed, labeled with my name, the hog it came off of, cut type, and weight.The was my first time having hogs processed and the staff at Trackside was great! The sausage was amazing. The cured ham steaks were delicious, the cured bacon was great!

Trackside Butcher shoppe are good honest people.Their meat cutters know how to make your cuts look good in the package and cut your animal the way you want them to.This is the first USDA inspected facility that I have been truly happy with.!Keep up the good work.

This is the place to go for all of your butchering needs. Always friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about your needs. The best sausage recipes I've ever had. I've used other butchers before we got a local butcher and Teackside is better by far. I had 2 hogs done up in sausage it was perfect as always. I usually give my customers a free package of sausage the first time because I know they will be back for more....and they always are. I took my hogs in on a Thursday and Friday I got a call that they were ready to be picked up. Fast and friendly. Give them your business, you won't be disappointed!

I was very impressed with the labeling and the weights and vacuum packaging. It sure beats butchers wrap paper and a sharpie that some butchers use. However I was not happy with the bacon at all. We paid to have it smoked and cured and it is nothing like store bought bacon. It’s thick and tastes like ham. The fat doesn’t render when frying either. This was my first hog I had butchered. I guess I’ll stick with beef.

Me & my spouse had heard of this butcher, nothing but GREAT things! So when we had a bull calf with a bum front leg, we decided to have him butchered & to try Trackside out. And let me tell you.....best meat EVER!!!! They way they vacuum seal the burger & steaks, BEST BUTCHER EVER!!! Meat stays fresh MUCH longer & we are both ready to take another bull calf or whatever back!!! Price is great & they treat you like family!! If you've NEVER had a cow butchered, give them a try!! I promise you will NOT regret it!!!

Well after arguing with the GPS, I found it. And it's well worth the time. The meat in the cooler looks better then any I've seen at Kroger and Walmart. They processed my Buck did some steaks and burger. ExcellentPraying for y'all success.

I would not ever take hogs there again. We had the bacon and hams from two of our hogs "uncured" at Trackside using a very expensive process. They taste horrible! The ham doesn't even taste like ham and the bacon is sloppily packaged. It doesn't have a good flavor either really. The butcher was very friendly, but he really needs to rethink the way he does things. You couldn't pay me to take meat there again and I am not the kind of person to write a review let along a bad one. I just don't want anyone else to loose so much money and time to Trackside's mistakes. It was a really discouraging experience for us!

Don't walk in expecting a retail experience this is a meet aficionados place to shop price is a concern with these folks but it rates second to quality and a good balance of value versus what you get for your money having been more than 25 years in the business it's easy to look in the face of a group that understands the best of what you can buy for your money versus just cheap pricing and cheap quality tonight I had tenderloin that I have not had since I left meat cutting and retail merchandising go spend your money well and enjoy this is a place that needs your support and deserves it

We have used trackside numerous times for our beefs and hogs. We are a regular farmer market vender and we have tried everyone else in the region who is usda. We love them for 5 reasons.1) the barcode system!! They have an exact way to track my meat vs no tracking system at other shops. And this regularly leads to a few forgotton packages at other shops. Never happoned at trackside.2) Great packaging. All the other shops we have used have sloppy vacuum packaging. Trackside is professionals and do a good job. My products look as good as they taste.3) They Always get it right! I proccessed 20 hogs last year with various other shop. Not one was exactly right, trackside has made no errors with my orders in about 10 animals thus far.4) No extra charges! At most shops you find that breakfast sausage is your only "no extra charge ground product", vs any product ground ( not cased ) is no extra charge.5) There spice mixes ( bratweist, italian sausages, and various other breakfast sausage ) are knock your socks off good! There Maple sausage is amazing and my #1 seller. And there bacon is truely smoked not just injectable smoke cured - #2 seller.

I picked up a cow that they butchered for me today and everything was done exactly the way I asked them. I really like the way they packed the meat into patties ready for burgers. I can't wait to have one of my bone-in Ribeyes for dinner tonight
