Cash only! This Amish community does not take debit or credit cards. Worth an hour drive! Large selection of salvage and overstock perishables such as meat, cheese, and yogurt as well as pantry items. Enormous bags of flour, sugar, etc. Extremely kind cashier who explained the red stickers are regular items and green are salvage/overstock. Seasonal plant and vegetable sales across the gravel road. This community is beautiful. Enjoy the scenery and get some deals!

We made a pit stop at the Oak Ridge Country Store, an Amish MEGA grocery store, in Cadiz, Kentucky today. What a find!They had some ridiculously low prices on a few items, and a WIDE selection of hard to find items. All high quality from what we could tell. We picked up a 6.7 lb roll of pepper jack cheese for around $3/lb and some elderberry jelly. The next time I plan to be in Cadiz, Kentucky, I'm carving out an extra 3 hours to load UP on groceries and goodies!Cash only...smart! 🤑😎

Oh ya! We love Sammy. His deli sandwiches are great. You get lots of meat and all the veggies you want. The prices of his food inventory are just phenomenal. Besides all of that, he, his wife and staff are amazing people. We love ya Sammy! 😊

We go here often and are never disappointed. We go sometimes looking for nothing and end up with a full buggy. Wonderful people and the best pretzels on Saturday I've ever had.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice. Technically most items are expired if that matters to you. It doesn't to me. Never had any problem with anything I have purchased. Huge variety of fancy cheeses which I found to be of great quality.

Best local grocery store by far. Great deals on groceries, and there is always something different. You never know what you will find. They also have a deli to make made to order sandwiches at a great price. The fresh soft pretzels are hard to resist on Saturdays!

First time visiting this out of the way treasure. Walked out with some excellent bargains. The deli sandwiches alone were well worth the drive. Cheese selections I hadn't seen since childhood. One place where the service is so friendly you'll be glad you took the drive too 🙂

This is definitely the place to go if you want to save money on groceries. A super bonus is those hot awesome pretzels they serve on Saturday morning. The sandwichs from the deli are fresh and very filling. All in all this is one of the best Amish stores around and is probably one of the best kept secrets of Cadiz kentucky

Love that we have a store like this close to the house. You can find some great deals there and sometimes you will be surprised by the items they offer - you might even come across some European chocolates and cheeses. Great customer service as well.
