This is the neatest, cleanest, most organized store of this chain I've seen. No tripping over product in the aisles or torn boxes on the floor. The store looks and feels like the management and staff care about the customer experience. What troubles me is why so many of the other stores of this chain in our area are trashy looking when this Dollar General is spotless. I never thought I would be giving hats off to a Dollar General!

Clear and clean isles and stock shelves. After contacting dollar general corporation and waiting about a week for a response they responded and acted. They sent new employees and made this store a much better place than ever. Thanks dollar general for making aurora Kentucky location much better.

They are very polite and try to help out everyone they can. Unfortunately they are chronically under staffed and people seem to have an aversion to using the self checkout so stocking is sometimes delayed.

This store is always organized, clean, and well stocked. The cashier always says "hi" when you walk in. All employees will help if there is a problem locating an item. We spend a minimum of $200. a month (usually more!) as there are usually good sales going on. Wish I would have taken out stock in DG years ago!!

For the most part they have necessity items. They are not the biggest or best stocked DG, but for a smaller store they're great. Milk, eggs, hamburger, frozen dinners, etc. Excellent for the area without having to drive 15+ min from the lake for something you forgot. Employees are always cheerful and helpful. Personally I'm very grateful for this store being here.

Very clean, staff was friendly and great location from our resort, 15 min walk. I gave it 4 stars because the shelves were bare of products.

I love Dollar General but when an employee is standing right at the door with her mask down and smoking during a pandemic. Nope. Won’t be getting my business. I turned around and left. Disgusting even when it’s not a pandemic. Why should I have to walk thru your disgusting cigarette smoke to get into the store??

A good place to shop. If the line gets too long they quickly call more cashiers. They aren't like Wal-Mart & have to close the store because both cashiers are on break or both sick.

The store has a good selection of items decently price. The staff some times need to be prodded to assist customers and to open a till to get the line of people checked out.

I love to purchase my shampoo and conditioner at Dollar General. Same product as other stores but much better price!

It’s great to have a Dollar Store so close to where I live , don’t have to run all the way into town . And this is my favorite one to go to .

This is my go to stop before going into work every morning an my go to stop before I go home Tabby is always helpful when I go in, in the mornings most of the time they always have what I need
