Well, I hate giving bad reviews. However, we tried this place twice and things went badly both times. We came through looking for the STIHL pole-saw weed Wacker combo thingamadoohickey, and a cart full of plants. (STIHL). Walked in the store and said hello because the woman at the counter up front said nothing. We stood in the STIHL section for a few minutes looking for the item we were told was in stock the day before on the phone. The manager walked in the STIHL pointed at something that needed to be corrected. Once the problem was fixed, the manager and employee proceeded to turn around and walked off. No one asked if we needed assistance. I'm not exactly sure what the customer service training entails at this ACE, but it's safe to say that folks aren't real helpful which is a shame. At any rate, we drove here because we wanted to support local business. That didn't turn out well. We are very disappointed. I do would not recommend this place of business.HONEST REVIEWER

Horrible service. Definitely not a good ole hometown hardware store. I wouldn’t recommend going there for anything.I have done business with them for 2 years, but never again.

Staff is always available if help is needed, convenient to get supplies that we need without having to drive 30 plus minutes to another town. I love that they carry Benjamin Moore paint which is my favorite, we purchase all of our paint here. A little bit of everything.

The woman at the front counter is wonderful! She assisted me with my purchase and made sure I was taken care of. I've made a new friend! Thanks Ginger...what a great name...they also have a really cool cat named storm this place has a neat old school hometown hardware store vibe

People are really nice and helpful but wow is this place way way over priced. I went in for a 1 gallon gas can and they wanted almost $20 for a simple gas can. I went to the gas station next store and got a 2 gallon can and 2 gallons of gas and it was still $3.00 cheaper. How does a convenience store out price a hardware store? Save money and go elsewhere if you can.

I bought a Stihl leaf blower here last week and the service was great. I was looking for a bigger and more expensive model and they advised me to try a smaller one for my needs. It performed exactly as they told me. I love shopping with honest people.

Absolutely stupid . Bought the wrong size chain for a chainsaw went to take it back MIND you with receipt in hand and item NEVER USED.... and they would NOT TAKE THE ITEM BACK OR SWAP FOR CORRECT SIZE. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF U MAY HAVE TO RETURN SOMETHING. I PERSONALLY WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER THING. I will drive the hour to CLARKSVILLE before I shop here.

If you're a trucker, goggle maps is correct from Nashville. Overnight parking. Sonic for food, and gas station for coffee. Nice people here. Fast unload!

Amazingly helpful. Went to four other stores looking for a specific bolt and couldn't find it. Went here and the salesman Josh helped us find what we were looking for right away. Great place.

Upper management is rude, prices are nearly double than anywhere else and forget price matching with anyone else. Best bet is to avoid these folks and save money.
