If customer service is what you're expecting at Lulu's, then think again! Their prices are really good, but the employees are not overly friendly nor do they really want to help you. We met two very nice ladies at a pet event last summer (2023) at the Lulu's Pet Pantry booth and were very shocked when the employees in the store didn't share the same friendly, helpful attitude. I've been in a handful of times and never received over the top customer service or really even a hello when entering the store. Today takes the cake and I am sad to not be going back there any more. In fact, if I didn't urgently need the dog food I stopped in to get, I would have left without purchasing a thing. Neither employee was overly friendly. The one girl with glasses and red hair was nice to my son when he was looking at the frog and also when he asked about petting a kitty. The girl with the jet black hair treated him like he was a disease and never once even looked at me. The family that was shopping in the store with me was way more friendly and helpful than the actual employees. I am so disgusted with the way we were treated today.

My little Frenchie loves trips to Lulu's where she can pick her new favorite treat. She's not interested in the toys, she's definitely food motivated, but they have a good selection of both. They offer a lot of healthy food, raw foods and snacks like yogurt pup sickles.Em, my pup, usually makes friends with one or two of the foster kitties. If you are looking to adopt a snuggly kitty, you can check these free range kitties out. The staff knows these kitties and their personalities. I believe they work in conjunction with the Boone County Animal Shelter.They also offer a lot of holistic pet care products. The probiotic ear wash has helped to finally relieve my little girl's itchy ears and the dental drops have alleviated her fish breath. (Snouts Honor brand). Photo-Em and her latest NoHide Veggie Treat she selected from Lulu's.

I have been to this lovely store multiple times not just to shop but for advice regarding my pet They have went above and beyond giving free samples making me feel at home and so understanding every one of the staff of this family owned business have been nothing been professional and friendly and eager to help in every way they have a great selection of pet supplies but not only that they 1/2 of their store for humans too. all natural beauty products, gifts for adults kids cooking section and hilarious mugs and stickers my favorite is a cute little jar that is for greeting card stuffers it’s just adorable things you’d never think of and very unique and one of a kind that goes for the pets too it’s just not a store u want to pass by and not go inside. I recommend this store with 100% confidence even on a bad day this store is the best of the best and who doesn’t enjoy supporting a family owned local business ! And don’t forget to ask for a free magnet and or adorable sticker to help advertise before u walk out the doorThank you lulu’s

I found Lulu's after searching for an HPP raw diet for my dog. They couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible to help me find the right food, even putting me directly in touch with the manufacturer when I wanted more information than they or the product label could provide. They also accommodated me with a return as I tried a different protein that wasn't agreeable with my dog. I drive 30 minutes to buy dog food, passing 20+ other stores on my way, which should tell you volumes. They do it right, well worth the trip.

My Labradoodle, Abby is very picky about what treats she will eat. I had previously bought some from Lulu’s‘s, but they discontinued to carry them because it was not a big seller. However, they did order this for me and told me whenever I need it just let them know, and they will special order. Thank you so much! I love using a small business in our own community rather than going online through places such as Amazon.

They lie about customer incentives. I love to support small businesses but rather shop at petsmart before I get lied to. 12 bags of food = 1 free bag but they will tell you repeatedly you are at bag number 8.

Great selection or all shapes and sizes of doggos. We love taking our fosters here for a treat or any of their needs. Great staff very friendly and eager to help. Absolutely 10/10 for lulu's pet pantry. I am a repeat customer for sure!

I love Lulu's ❤️ They help guide me when my furbaby decides to be picky, they even special order my cat's food they don't carry. Plus I love they support local pet organizations like Lucky Tales. We haven't missed a Santa pic since we started in 2015 or 16. The also have donation jars for Boone Co. Animal shelter and women's crisis center. They Cary only highly nutritional, good quality food.

We absolutely LOVE LuLu's! My little one loves to visit with the store cats and the kittens that are usually up for adoption.This is the only store anywhere near us in northern Kentucky that carries raw dog and cat food in the brands that we really like. Otherwise, I make my own food with raw meat and supplements. I like to have a bag or two of the pre-prepared stuff in our freezer in case I don't have time to make it.They are very knowledgeable, carry great bath and self care products and all kinds of natural goodies for people too. We appreciate you!

Amazing store! Pricing is, as far as I could tell, the same if not cheaper than Petco and PetSmart. It's local and the cat toys I purchased are durable! We have a big cat and he tends to destroy toys. The fishing feather we got is amazing, each feather bulb lasts about 8-10days which is a record for us! Most toys only last 2 days with him. The treats are great too! Check 'em out if you get a chance.

Love this store! They are always so friendly and helpful. I can get everything my dog needs in one stop, from joint supplements to toys. They have also been so accommodating during the covid 19 pandemic. And they throw in free treats with every order!

I can tell by their attitude that they care about my dog. I would gladly Drive 50 miles to to get my dog's food from these people. They're more than just a store to sell products. We just found this shop today and are in love with it. The planted aquariums are amazing, the live plants decorating the store are out of this world, and the unique selection of products will bring us back. Definitely a pet store(I hate calling it that because it far surpasses your typical one) not to miss.

What a neat place! My cousin told me about it. She highly recommended the natural wood chews for the chewers in your house. They don't splinter so you don't have to worry about chunks on your floor or in their stomach. My dogs love them. This place has everything you need for your pet!

My dog Dobby, and I love Lulu’s Pet Pantry! Whenever we come in, Dobby is greeted and petted. They have the best food for you pets. The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful. They have a great toy selection. I love that they have a variety of treats and they also have raw products. A few weeks ago I was sick and I was sending my husband up there to pick up a certain item. I called and spoke to Melissa to ask her for help. She was able to pull up our purchae history to see what we purchased the last time. She pulled the item off the shelf and had it ready for my husband to pick up. I was so grateful. They also have customer incentives. If you buy $200 worth of products you get a $10 gift certificate. The brand of dog food that I buy gives you a free bag after purchasing 12. They also have great coupons that you can sign up through email.
