For a Kroger it is a small store, they have what I need! Always have good produce! Just went thru a remodel! As soon as you walk in on right is all the fresh fruit n potatoes n anything else is fresh!On left is flower department, use to be coffee but in remodel they move it to center of store!

I’m not sure who the woman was who physically dragged my cart away from the manned aisles and forced me to use the self checkout, but she needs to be fired. Lifelong customer gone, that was the straw that broke the camel’s back. If you wanna get on the phone and talk to me about it so you can maybe learn something for future interactions with others I’m okay with that, but you’ll never get another dime from me for as long as I live

I stopped for dog food and thought I might pick up a bit more while there. Unfortunately I was nearly repelled by a strong smell upon entering. The stench was so bad I considered leaving. Rotten, spoiled dairy, meats, or something, throughout the entire store. I almost chose not to buy the dog food there because it was so bad. Bizarrely I read another, earlier review, claiming this is normal. I felt disgusted and will certainly avoid ever coming to this location again. What happened to this once nice, smaller Kroger? Yuck 🤢

This is a bit smaller than other area Krogers but still has everything you need. Good service at the deli and fresh produce.The store has friendly service and a small town vibe that always makes me want to come back.

I told the clerk I was in a rush in the liquor department I just wanted a soda. I am 60 years old and I was i.d.ed for a soft drink 5/5/23 8 20 pm. She was insanely rude.

KROGER READ THIS. Everytime I buy here a person that works there stands next to me as I scan my items at the self check out ,however, I do not see them giving this excellent customer service to other customers. I promise you, next time this happens I will make them scan every single item themselves.

Fellow friends that read reviews, start shopping for your groceries online at Walmart! Better prices and better service. Walmart is not perfect but they take care of their customers needs immediately! At Kroger where I spend a lot of money and pay yearly membership for boost is awful!! My order did not get delivered even though it showed completed and after talking to customer service 3 times I find out that I can get a credit but I have to wait 7-10 days!! They offered me a credit as well for the inconvenience and guess what you have to do special things to get that at time of checkout and no one explained that either so when I placed the new order it didn’t apply. There is more to it but I’m not wasting anymore energy on this. Quite honestly I know Kroger doesn’t care about this review but I feel better writing it! I also wish on the reviews you didn’t have to choose a star at all!!

I'm here ALL the time and haven't had many issues! They can have great reduced items if you know where to look. There's a particular young, larger female employee that typically works on the self checkout who is less than helpful. She's very slow on her feet and seems lazy/apathetic. Not a great image for a store, so it may be best to relocate the friendly/helpful staff to work with guests.

Terrible customer service. I bought a salad from there after work at around 6:30 and when I got home I noticed that the lettuce was all brown. I took it back at around 9:00 P.M. to return it. The cashier said "could you just grab another"? from the side of her mouth that wasn't attached to a cell phone. I noticed they all were looking not so good and I just asked for my money back and held up the receipt. She replied I just counted my drawer so......I replied I guess I only have the option of throwing it away and wasting my money? She just walked away. Not really the sort of response you would expected from someone who works at the "customer service" desk. Pretty pathetic way to treat customers for sure. All that just to try and get a refund of $3.99

I have stopped at this Kroger fuel station for years to buy gas and cigarettes in one stop, probably over $100 each week, will never go there again, they have decided to not stock cartons of cigarettes due to their lack of space and so that the staff doesn’t have to go to the store each day and restock they refuse to sell me ten packs of cigarettes in place of a carton, that was straight from the manager’s mouth. The attendant was in his phone when I approached the window so he threw his finger up as to say hold on which was incredibly rude!

I’m really stretching myself here to even giving this place a one star.I am always lost at this store. They keep changing items around.Items seem to be out of stock a lot.Deli is undermanned. Have to wait forever to get waited on.Same for prescription department. Wait forever.

It seems to be that Kroger trains employees to not tell the truth.. especially the Burlington store . So luckily I stopped at the gas station and Derek helped me out without no problems. He always has no problem at any time to help me out and I'm grateful for is customer service. Didn't know getting 2 dollars in quarters was a crime and going to break the bank and employees lie to you about it in which I know for a fact.. Again Derek comes thru , super nice guy and great job ..Thank you for your hospitality.

This Kroger has it's issues but it is still my favorite neighborhood Kroger. Why? Because it is small enough to get in and get out in a reasonable time. I live at the central point between three Kroger's. Two are the new megastore type and one is this one. I try to come to this one if at all possible. Also, I confess that the other reason I like this Kroger is that it is right next to the Boone County recycling bins. I can drop off for recycling all the excess packaging that I've accumulated and go pick up some more excess packaging, all in one convenient trip.This store has some issues: 1) they haven't been keeping the shelves stocked well. 2) It's a little dirty, probably because it is older. They've had some soil subsidence issues and there are several big cracks in the floor. I don't know if it's unsanitary, but it sure looks bad. 3) The self checkout area is arranged in a goofy way with checkout scanners facing randomly odd directions. 4)They have been reorganizing the store and it's hard to keep up with where things are. Hopefully this process is over.I accept that they naturally have slightly less selection in some departments since they are smaller, and my main reason for coming is that they are smaller.

I use Burlington, KY Clicklist frequently and the last couple of times have not gone well. This time my Caesar salad kit was totally brown and I was charged for six, 6 oz tuna , which I ordered but was given 2.5 oz. I had to go back to store to return. Customer Service said “ They don’t care what they pick up”.

I love Kroger. I'm disabled & can't shop on my own anymore, so I do the Click list & pick it up. I've never met a rude Kroger employee, but I do prefer the Click list workers. They're so warm & welcoming, always smiling & going above & beyond for the customer.

Y'all planning on replacing this? Only been about 3 or 4 months. I've been doing facility maintenance for 9 years and would have been fired or been close to being fired for not replacing a $25 dispenser for a multi-billion dollar company. I see Kroger stickers and tape were used to hold the cover on at some point. Before I did facility work, I was customer service with the same company and I submitted work orders to the techs... and they fixed things within a week. Still the worst Kroger in the area but ironically has the best of the Starbuck's kiosks.edit: toilet paper changer not fixed a month later. adding picture of broken baby changer. THAT is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Those are pretty cheap in comparison to 6 to 7 figure lawsuit.

I recently moved. My former Kroger was the Walton Kroger. The Burlington staff is knowledgeable and friendly, much like the Walton staff that I'm accustomed to.The selection of items wasn't quite as varied and plentiful as the Walton Kroger, especially the selection of cheese. However, they do have a nice variety of items to choose from. Its much better than Wal-Mart's.

This is an older store, the Burlington location.... we usually go in late after we get off work. Everyone is always busy and seem to be pleasant, happy people. Tonight I even saw an older guy scraping the black shoe shid marks off the white floors. That's dedication and pride both on his part and the stores!

The cashier was irrational and very rude his name is Chris. He also does not like his job by the way he treats people. He even tried to over talk his manager Glen... This is my first time in Kentucky and I hope all people here is not as rude as Chris was even when it was obvious he was wrong Chris didn't apologize or anything Glen did but Chris will be a liability for Kroger as a whole

The pharmacy is getting worse all the time...my Dr called in antibiotics I never received a notification text whdn ready they didnt answer the phone after 45 minutes i drove there (4 min away) to see if medication was ready...their was 2 cars in Drive-thru and 1 person in line and about 6 employees but I was told they were understaffed

Omg I have NEVER been treated so poorly in all my life! I realized I was overcharged, for a somewhat large item. I took my receipt, & the item, in to get a refund for the extra amount.It was actually the Assistant Manager of this store, Rob, who came out to "help" me. Instead of resolving the issue, this person talked to me in a VERY rude & hateful way, & was quite condescending! He practically came right out & called me a liar, even tho the proof was staring him in the face. In fact, he ultimately told me to go to the Union store & get some help from them! Read between the lines, his hateful self was telling me to get lost!I will never enter this store again. What a shame that someone with such a title, as Assistant Store Manager, and a grown man, would treat a nice young woman, & a loyal customer, in such a manner. It's people like this Rob, that give good stores like Kroger, a bad name.

The only problem I got about Krogers is since they redone the place they made the checkout lanes small and youcan't get stuff out of your basket unless you pull your basket out of lane .Please make them wider
