Would give zero stars if it was an option, my 86 year old patient bought an 8 piece chicken and when she got it home there were only 4 pieces. I took receipt back up there and the manager Luke told me she was only charged for a 4 piece at 9.39. His solution was to give me the other 4 pieces and charge me .63 cents because their 8 piece is 9.99 not 9.39. Lol like really take care of your customers.

It is very high in price and has little to no selection of items. It a shame they take such advantage to a small town. The people, however, are friendly.

Very clean store, staffed by very courteous employees. Has remained comparatively well stocked throughout the supply chain crisis. Always a pleasurable experience, and always a friendly word from cashiers, and employees stocking shelves. We're a small town, but they offer a surprising amount of choices. A1 in my book.

I go there at least once a week. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The store doesn't have things common at other grocery stores, the produce area is small and missing vegetables common in other stores. Shelves are not well stocked (that might not be their fault with everything going on now). We've had good luck with their meat however. They do have a small but nice deli with fresh sandwich meat and cheeses. A variety of cooked chicken and sides if you want a quick meal. We along with most people we talk to drive to stores in nearby towns when getting groceries anduse this store as needed to fill in.

The IGA is overpriced under stock and understaffed. In my opinion they have a monopoly in Burkesville. There is nowhere else in town to buy fresh meat. Thankfully we have the farmers market to get fresh veggies.

Very clean nice place to shop. The employees do an excellent job of keeping the store stocked. They always have fresh produce . And you can even rent a movie from red box on your way out. There is a laundry right beside it and a pizza Hut to. It's just a nice home town grocery store. They will even give you a rain check if the item you want that is on sale is out of stock.

I like visiting Burkesville, but y'all need a better grocery store.IGA has always had value on food growing up, but not here.Your prices over the years have been ridiculous.I don't see how locals there could afford to eat just shopping at IGA.Better to make the drive and get food elsewhere.

First experience here at this IGA and there was a worker that paid for my 2 items after I informed the cashier that they were mine. There needs to be more associates like this one she definitely needs a raise and a promotion. Sadly I didn't catch her name.

Only grocery store within a decent distance of downtown Burkesville (closest Kroger is 25 miles away). Visited while on vacation. I was able to get almost everything on my list save for a few random items (e.g. veggie burgers, red cabbage). Girl behind the deli counter was very surly and seemed angry I was asking her to slice some deli meat for me. Otherwise, not a bad little grocery store. Prices seemed a lot higher than other stores, though.
