Cee Bee Food Store in Brownsville Ky. @ 584 S. Main St. w/ Hrs. being Mon-Sat 7am-7pm Sun 10am-6pm is without a doubt my #1 choice of Stores to shop in at any given time. No matter if I only need a couple of items, or a couple of weeks worth of groceries. The Entire Staff are the most courteous group of people that you just instantly want to call friends. Selection is perfect, produce is always the freshest around, meats are the cheapest prices to be found & their homemade chicken salad is a must buy! I've been living in the area for 2 years & I've been a loyal customer for that same amount of time. They always Thank Me for coming to the store, however I would like to take this opportunity to "THANK EACH & EVERY STAFF MEMBER OF CEE BEE FOOD STORE" in Brownsville Ky for treating me like family every time I walk through your door. 100% 5 🌟!!! 😊👍👍

Stop in this little Grocery store and it's very nice like stepping back into the good old days but with today's modern store, Where they still take your groceries out to your car and put them where you want them. So friendly just like a moms and pops stores use to be. Will stop there anytime I'm in that area.

They have the market due to the only grocery store in Brownsville. I don’t like how they take advantage of this !!! Too high priced, for those that can’t travel out of the area. . Staff is amazing.

I just discovered this place, Im completely in love. They actually placed my bags into my cart, they had chicken livers, which I hate. But my husband loves. I havent seen them in yrs. My new favorite grocery store. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

Employees are friendly and the store is clean. It's a bit more expensive than Walmart but if adding in the expense of driving to Walmart or Kroger's from my location, it pretty much equals out.

Nice selection for a small town grocery store. Love the friendly people and they are always helpful. Would give 5 stars but can be a little pricey lol. So I definitely recommend the rotisserie chicken and chicken salad .

Great place. It is always clean and the employees are nice and helpful. Just feels like home. I love the addition of the deli items, rotisserie chickens, etc. We order the vegetable trays all the time, which are always fresh and very convenient. I would love to see more organic vegetables and fruits in the future.

It's clean, and orderly. The store offers quality meat products that are priced quite reasonably, however, selections of fresh fruits and vegetables are limited to a handful of different items for each group, nothing too fancy. Variety isn't something offered throughout the available items, and pricing is on the more expensive side compared to larger chain grocery stores, which isn't really any fault of this store, products for smaller stores are priced at higher purchase points than they are for larger stores that buy larger quantities of products, on a national level. I shop at this store, and I don't mind paying a little more for some things, I think it's important to support local businesses, but I couldn't shop there on a daily basis because it is more expensive, with less variety compared to arger grocery store chains in the area. The only department I would shop daily is the meat department, the prices are comparable with other stores and in my opinion, the meats are of better quality. The staff is always friendly, and the young man that bags your groceries, will carry them out to your car for you. I would give 5 stars if expense wasn't an issue.

I had not been in this store for a few years, so I decided to check out the location. Overall the store was very clean and neat. All departments were very well-stocked and other than a few exceptions everything is reasonably priced. As I remembered they have a very nice meat department and I was pleasantly surprised with the addition of a deli Department with rotisserie chicken.

Prices were higher than Walmart. I usually use an electrical cart at Walmart. There are no carts or wheelchairs there, so I can't get around. I'll only go there in emergencies, since it's hard to get around there.

Small place but usually can always find what I need. Prices are not bad and it’s convenient. The only downfall is smelling cigarette smoke when you walk in is not a good smell! I can’t purchase much after that smelling it.

I found most of what I needed but being a small town grocery store, the prices are more expensive than let's say a Wal-Mart...The employees are always very nice and will help you find whatever you're looking for. All in all, not a bad place to shop if you don't want to have to make a long trip into town.

It's where I usually go to get all my groceries and things. The place is usually clean and has everything stocked up. Easy to find stuff and it's well organized throughout - the small place in the back has things like rotisserie chicken and meatloaf you can pick up, cooked and warm.An acquaintance tells me, from working in the meat department, that they don't keep their stuff separated properly and touch things they shouldn't alongside the meat. But, I've never gotten sick up to that point from using their meat. I also can't verify that from my side; so I'm not docking any points for hearsay. Overall a really good spot!What I'd like is a wider variety of items, but it isn't a Walmart or huge chain, so don't go in expecting to find everything under the sun.

Cute small town grocery store. Plenty of choices, with meat dept and fresh produce. I had no trouble stocking up for a weekend of camping near mammoth cave! The baggers will cart the groceries right out to your car!

It is close to me. I can always find what I need or someone will help me find it. The meat always looks good. The store looks clean. Sometimes they have certain items no one else carries.

We were staying nearby and this little store had everything we needed for our trip. This is one of those stores where they have people help you out with your groceries which I wasn't really used to. They seemed confused when I said "no, its alright, I got it". So if you stop by just let them help you out.

Always friendly ..courteous...maybe a little higher on prices but there are options . Plus is nearby ..if you only need a few things it's not worth the drive to BG.
