I was in there yesterday with my daughter. Charity Meredith is the one that helped us. She went above and beyond what she had to do. People could take lessons from her on customer service and how to treat people.

I think that the people that work there need to be trained more and more knowledgeable about we're things are in the store I think that the managers need to be on the floor helping people instead of in the office all the time

Made a $250 purchase here. Could have gotten it cheaper but wanted to buy local. Product came with a 1 year warranty. Had problems before warranty was out. Ace refused to honor the warranty. They said I had to go to the manufacturer. The manufacturer said I had to take it back to the store. After many phone calls and emails and 2 trips back to the store I'm stuck with a faulty product. I will never spend another dollar at Ace hardware.
