This place is awful !! The new guy with black curly hair who is tall and has glasses was only worried about clocking out while he was ringing me up. He didn’t take any of my paper coupons off my total and knew it didn’t. There were several things that ran up wrong and he wouldn’t correct it annnddd one of my digital coupons I wanted to be looked at but I guess he was too busy worrying about leaving. Well I told them I would be talking to donnie the manager who ALWAYS checks my coupons. Next will be calling the district manager to let them know how this store is run. Not counting the mess it is in with a light brown haired lady with glasses pushing a huge cart around in my way half the time I was shopping ughhhh!! So upset! Will not be back

This dollar store was great!! I gave it a 4 star but it may deserve a 5 star!! First it is a newer store so the looks and the structure of the building was very nice and it was up to date with its handicap access which was good for those who need it! Restrooms were nice and clean and had supplies accessible for who may need it. Shields were stocked very neat the whole store was clean!! The staff were friendly and helpfull and very polite. Plenty of parking space with wheelchair access!! I was impressed and had a satisfying shopping day!! Thank you employees of the Dollar Store!!!!

Shop here a lot. Good prices, friendly service, convenient parking, not crowded but has a lot of products including food in a smaller store. Great if Wal-Mart or Kroger is just too big for you to walk around.

The cashier had a terrible vibe, really happy about his job....not. I said, enjoy your job as I was leaving. He was too lazy to bag stuff, he was asking everybody if they wanted their merchandise in a bag. I have never seen him in there before, he does not have a personality for working with the public!!!

I was able to run in get exactly what I needed and get out...NOW, I realize I've always taken that for granted... So to my retail friends in the dollar store and elsewhere on the "front lines" please know i certainly consider you essential, and that your dedication and efforts are sincerely appreciated by folks like me, who just want to keep working and keep moving forward too! Good guy working behind the counter helped me out with my groceries even though he still had a couple of people who were ready to checkout! Me being disabled it really did help me a lot! Thanks Dollar store! I'll be back again! 5*

When I visit this dollar general it is clean and everyone is nice and helpful. For the ones that give negative reviews your wrong probably trying to get something free. Everyone up there does there job. So get over your self mrs. Linda that is what they are told to do when they are 1st hired. If customers only have a few items ask them if they like a bag. That is what dollar general wants

Theres not a baby changing station in the bathrooms so if you have a baby i recommend not changing them there. Unless you wanna do it over your lap. There was ton of stock as well. Nothing was really low. And there were some cute cloths there, super soft in the women section

I can always find what I need and sometimes things I didn't know I needed. I usually have a good experience when shopping at Dollar General, but sometimes they are understaffed which causes problems when a truck has come in. Not enough hands or time to put up stock, which means boxes everywhere. It's not always like that and not at every Dollar General either. Overall....Dollar General is a great place to shop.

Very helpful. Provides Cash Back on Debit Card purchases. We had a need for emergency glass replacement on our road trip. One of the clerks over heard our conversation and recommended a local company which fixed us up within a couple hours. The clerk didn't need to help us out, but he went out of his way and saved our trip.

All of the ladies and Marc at DG are wonderful! They are very in touch with the Community which is HUGE in Brooks, Ky. They are kind and have provided a safe and healthy work place for both employees and customers, through the COVID-19 pandemic. Thank you for hiring employees that care about the Community and people they serve. Neighbors were concerned about the DG moving in as this is a very small town and we like to keep it that way. Thankfully having employees like these guys have made it a pleasant experience. 🙂. Thank you for choosing these people for this store❤️.

Lisa is the BEST CUSTOMER servicer IN THE WORLD. I GO TO THAT PARTICULAR STORE BC OF HER🌹She even helps you to carry things for you or anyone else that's been through serious surgery like I've had.More ppl like her..this would be a better,kinder 🌏🌎🌍 to live in..Especially during all this covid .

I live close but norm go to another DG. We have 3 within a 5mi radius. This is my new fave store. Cashiers so friendly but don't waste time. Excellent cust service!!!

This is a very clean store and all the employees are very friendly. Every time I walk in they always offer help finding what I need. I definitely prefer this store over others closer to me.

Employees are always nice and some learn your name. The store is a little small so theres lots of carts full in the isles. Makes it hard to move threw the store.

I went in because I had to use the restroom which I normally wouldnt do but I'm 6 months pregnant and really needed it. I asked the blond lady at the register if there was a restroom and she said yes and then turned away. She didnt tell me where they were or that she had to give me a key until after I started walking towards that direction. I told her i would buy a candy bar or something and she said "I dont care" then handed me the key and said "its the men's" . She was very rude and didn't seem to give a damn about what I was doing, the fact that I had to use the MENS room, or if I was going to make a purchase. I would not hire her to work in any customer service position with that kond of attitude and I will not be going back to that location if that is the kind of standard they uphold.

I love the dollar store they have such neat stuff but the most I buy there is my milk. I am s spoiled girl and the only milk I love is 2% dean's and they carry it and it is cheaper than anyone else,s. Go dollarstore

This D.G has alot to pick out of.Alot more different thinfs than i usually see at other locations. Keep a line..(meaning busy)....but Keep it down in a fast and orderly manner.Good job employee's

I love this dollar general- HOWEVER their AX doesnt work. In the summer it becomes very hot. Miserable for not just customers, but for the people working there all day too.
